The worker was very sweet and nice. Just the food was not at all what me and my partner were thinking we’d have. Barley can’t chicken I had asked for tomatoes and it should have came with the sauce. I ordered the footlong hot honey chicken, and got nothing like it. I’d check the footlong before leaving.

I’ve always had a good time here with food and everything, but today I got off work a little late and wanted a sub. The door and online said they close at 9:30pm, I got there around 8:55 today 10/22/25 and the door was locked with all the lights off inside except the back left. Not sure what happened maybe they ran out of stuff, or the staff had to go home early? Either way only reason I took off stars was for that. A note would’ve been nice on the door even. But otherwise I’ve always had good experiences at his location!

Ordered a #22 and they only put the chicken and sauce on it. It’s supposed to come with peppers, onions, jalapeños, etc. I called to try to get it fixed, well I tried at least, I called for 3 minutes with no answer. Teach the high schoolers how to do better at customer service it’ll only help them in the long run lol. When you order a sandwich off the menu make it the way it describes. Pretty simple. (By the way my sister picked up the food so I didn’t see them make it or I would have said something).

This shop is near my home in Weaverville .I went to it today , March 28th at 1PM . The place was crowded but there was only one worker, a grumpy middle aged white woman . While there are many people in line , she decided to serve only four people and ask impolitely the others to leave because she will focus on preparing food on the online customers . I have seen more that 20 high school students who are part of musical band to leave the shop after she refused to provide service to them . I was among the few lucky four in line but at the end she made a sandwich to me without the meat balls I paid for . The inefficient worker should be fired. It seems also that there is a poor management of this shop at 127 Weaverville Blvd, Weaverville

Ordered online. 2 people working. Very disorganized. The lady making my order walked off to take a phone call. The other employee served the customer behind me first, then came to try finish my order. My sub was horrible. Steak was cold. 11 triangles of cheese laid on steak. (Standard footlong has 4) veggies thrown on top of cheese. Strip of sauce on top. (All over paper) Sandwich couldn’t be closed. I had to take the whole sandwich apart and heat it up.

Hadn’t had a bad experience here till now. My fiance picked up sandwiches but they totally skimped on the turkey. There’s barely any turkey. I already had a bad night but this made it worse. They already didn’t have the bread I wanted or mushrooms.

My husband and I ate here over the weekend and it was amazing! Food, atmosphere, and service was all amazing! There were 2 employee’s that need to be bragged about especially because of how great they were. Fiona and Owen, they were helpful, funny, and just such delights!

I went inside of this location around 7:45pm on 02/21/25 to order food for our Bojangles night crew. It was 5 six inch subs & one footing. The 2 gentlemen that were working were so calm, patient & smiling. I appreciated the good customer service. The store was stocked & clean & these boys deserve recognition. Good Job Weaverville Subway!

JULY 2025. We had the $6.99 daily deal (Tuesday is Chicken Teriyaki) for $3 more, get a footlong along with a drink and 2 cookies or a bag of chips. Fixed as you want it with toppings. Delicious. Most staff was friendly.

The absolute worst service and experience at the Weaverville, NC store. The 2 kids working the store arguing and cussing each other, because one bumped into the other one. Both just kept on cussing and threatening to fight each other with a line of customers and children in the line to order. I ask for the manager and one said there wasn’t one today. A business should not be able to run and operate like this. The franchise owner or Subway corporate needs to get their store under control and fire both these employees immediately.
