Shelby did an amazing job make our order with several special requests and having several other orders coming in. I was most empress with how she handled an elderly gentleman who was hard of hearing and not sure what to order. She never got frustrated with him and did her best to really understand what he wanted to eat.

This Subway is never consistent with its hours. Always closing before their posted closing time. Which if you’re understaffed I get. But post something about that as well. And the people making the sandwiches never clean the blade before closing and cutting the food so it’s always coated with stuff I never wanted on it

Do not waste your time or money at this, the worst Subway in existence. Ordered online, and absolutely nothing was correct. Called to complain and Shelby Ann was unapologetic, rude and unhelpful. I will never order from this Subway again, and I recommend you don’t either.

What’s the point of having “open” hours if the worker shuts down everything early and has an attitude when you come in? I only wanted a drink while I shopped and couldn’t get one since she shut down the machine early and the worker looked more annoyed that her ignoring me for her cell phone hadn’t worked.

The quality of this subway is laughable . Who ever runs it needs to invest more time into it or it will be taken away from them. I worked at a subway for 3 years. They are using day old bread(hard and obviously stale), half their bread was unavailable and most of their cooler wasn’t stocked. Not to mention the hygiene. No hand washing. None what so ever. They ran out of bacon and had to go to the back and get some and not once was the employees hand washed. She touched her face and hair multiple times with gloves on. Also the dining area was a mess. When causally asking if they were busy they smiled and said nope not since they’ve been there. As I was walking out I can see into the back and both girls are sitting down , talking and on their phone while sitting at a silver table .

The staff is atrocious. Today I ordered a sandwich without veggies, and was told by a male sandwich artist that must have veggies because women are supposed to have all the vegetables and men are only supposed to have veggie-less subs, and that my husband is going to live longer than me because my husband ordered spinach and I didn’t. Subway is about ordering your way, and today I wasn’t in the mood for wilted brown lettuce. I’m glad we are traveling so I never have to come here again.
