I’ve been here twice recently and both times had a horrible experience. My husband and I came in about an hour before close, 3 people behind the counter and not a customer in the building but us. It took 20 plus minutes for them to make 2 subs. Today I made an order on the app to try and facilitate a better experience. I came in when the app said it was ready, and they couldn’t find my order. Turns out they gave my food to someone else so in addition to the 20 minutes I waited for 1 sub through the app, I had to wait for it to be remade. Jimmy John’s will get my business from here on out, atleast they seem to be fast and competent.

I love subway but I feel like lately it is always a hit or miss. Today I made a pickup order for a protein bowl. I wanted extra dressing but instead it had none on there. After almost eating everything, I found a hair in the bottom so I threw the rest away. I wish they could do better because I love the food.

The really big girl with short curly hair is so rude:( my partner and I came in and were polite and she was so snippy and mean! She was snapping at her coworkers too. She snapped at a coworker that was making our sandwiches, took over, and when we opened them they were not even cut and were a sloppy mess. I never leave reviews but her behavior was just very upsetting. She definitely needs an attitude check.
