Every time I have been to this location in the last two years it has either been closed or the staff has been rude. Came by yesterday at 9:36a and the store was closed. If this place is open plan on arguing with the staff. Why is it that this location cannot toast a sandwich for more than 10 seconds but the one down the road can toast for 30???

I absolutely adore the cookies, the cookie footlong. I’ve loved every sub I’ve ever had here. The place was clean. The employees were kind, efficient & hopefully they are paid well. I cannot express how appreciative I was for Peyton. He was so perfectly calm and kind. I’m a bit socially awkward at times and get confused or overexcited but he made sure that I had everything I needed. He is someone who is extraordinarily valuable to any company.

Was very busy… the other two workers were doing great but the one running the cashier was very rude!!! I asked for the meal of the day so I could get a drink and chips with it and she said that don’t come with it… but the sign clearly said it comes with a drink and chips or 2 cookies even the other coworker was like she got the meal of the day and the woman at the cash register said no you have to ask for a drink and chips when I asked if you wanted anything else and would not give me a drink because I didn’t ask for it before I paid

Sonya and the rest of the crew are always polite, everytime I order from here I know my order will be made right everytime, she’s got a heart of gold and is very polite everytime I come in it’s like having in there I’ve never met, much love to this fine establishment! The subway near the comfort inn in Mars Hill, NC is not up to the standards of most subways. The young people in there moved slowly, the place was dirty, half the items were not stocked, there was no ice (which they didn’t bother to tell me prior to taking my money for a sub combo). The worst was the girl putting things on the sandwich had shaky hands, kept messing up and acting like she couldn’t get herself right. Not sure what was going on with her but they need an adult in there!

I have the Subway app. BUY 2 GET ONE FREE TODAY. My husband stopped and got sandwiches today and no free sub. This has happened to me over and over ordering online so I sent him in person. No free sub because we didn’t order online. This is the worst Subway in North Carolina. When you order online will not let you put in the free sub. BAD BUSINESS
