The toaster over at this location has been broken for months now and the owner has not replaced it – therefore this location only serves cold subs and it completely ruins the experience. My husband have checked back in at least 5x now and nothing has changed. The employees do the best they can despite not being given proper tools to meet subway standards. Every time we go to this subway and their toaster isn’t working, we don’t go to a different Subway location – we choose to spend our dollar votes at a different restaurant in town. We’re done driving there, getting our hopes up, and then having to pivot our meal plan. Note to owner of Franklin Subway: please replace the toaster oven with a fully functional one, and we will happily return to your location, but not until then.

Man I hate to do this but I had an issue here today (12/20/2025). my tuna sub was almost complete when my food handler had to sneeze. She faced away from my sandwich and had a wet one. I heard some splatter on the floor. Afterwards, she finished putting on a topping and wrapping it.
I paid for it, went to the car. It didn’t take long for me to snap into reality. WTH am I homding this contaminated food AND why did I pay for it? I went back into the store,, There were two employees. A young girl and an older woman. The girl made my sandwich. When I went back in the other employee asked what was wrong. I told them and said I would like a refund. The younger girl admitted to what she did and said that she didn’t use her hands to block it, “the way I normally sneeze”.

I was informed that they couldn’t give me a refund. I told them that I didn’t even open it. Still, they couldn’t give me a refund. The other employee did offer to make me a replacement. I agreed and said that would be cool. However, that idea quickly fell apart because the girl had her hands in all the ingredient trays.

Realizing that I’m not going to eat here, I requested a refund again. I was told that they couldn’t do that. The manager had to come in and she was off on the weekends. Was there anybody else besides the manager who could do this? There was this other person but he wasn’t there. THEY COULDN’T GIVE REFUNDS!

Eventually, they offered a compromise. I could take chips and drinks to cover it. I accepted this. I took three Gatorades. This sucks because I am hungry, I had a long seven-mile hike and am still hungry.

Even though she didn’t use her hands to block the sneeze (so it went straight to the floor), but still I still wish she would have discarded the gloves, scrub with soap and warm water for 30 seconds, dry them, get new gloves on and continue the business. It’s about presentation and preventing germs and food borne illnesses.

Stopped in tonight for a couple of Italian subs and, man, they nailed it. Everything was fresh, stacked perfectly, and had that just-right toasted crunch. Adrian and Mandy were absolutely awesome — super friendly, quick, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that kind of customer service is rare these days.

Absolute trash. Just doordashed from this place, the sub was not toasted and it was a complete disaster the food was thrown together with very little effort. The employee’s do not care about the food they make and I highly recommend you don’t go here it’s a waste of money. The owner should be ashamed to own this place what disgusting food.

I came in yesterday evening and a young boy was there . He was very rude to me as an elder woman and his coworker. Made my sandwich very sloppy and insisted on toasting it after I told him I was going to put it in the oven at home as I wasn’t going to eat it that day. Asked the other worker for the managers number and she said the best she could do was take a note . I did not give her one as that was also rude ! Also watched her tell a kid there were no more of those special cups when they are clearly advertised
I will not be coming back here this was horrible. Not worth the $14 I spent on one sandwich. Not to mention the arguing when the young man insisted on giving me free double meat and the young lady told him she could not do that and informed be it would be an extra charge ! For only more meat ?

Absolutely the WORST sandwich ever made, I personally don’t mind paying for quality food. As seen in in the photo, one piece of meat on each side and some veggies. Poor appearance, poor flavor. Had to take it home to add meat!

I called twice to get some info on a large order & no.one ever picked up. I went into place & there was a young man lying in one of the booths. I asked the girl if I could talk to a manager, the young man got up & TRIED to give me a price…which was outrageous. I was outside talking to my friend discussing the price & he came out & started asking more questions, still trying to give me prices. He took my name & number & said the manager would call me, but they never did. Oh well their loss. I gave the order for 75 6″subs to Firehouse Subs….they were very helpful, gave me a 10% discount. I haven’t ate at Subway for a long, long time & guess I still won’t. Will give my business to Firehouse…

little boy named Jonathan i believe, had such attitude. laughing at us because we asked for four sandwiches? you work at a sandwich shop dude. sad. almost became a yelling match till the ladies defused it and let him go outside. he threw stuff and left after saying “ai ai ai” to us about the extra sandwich and laughing and being rude. the other workers deserve better while that child sits outside with his temper tantrum.

I just want to say the people that was in the front desk we’re very rude with an attitude also they have their music blaring where we can’t even hear nothing so I asked for the manager number and they couldn’t give it to me but if I could get the manager’s number I will definitely let them know how many we spend good money to eat and stuff but we shouldn’t be treated that way and also if we wanted to wash our hands because we just got off work to eat properly and clean I think we should able to use the bathroom we were going to purchase sandwiches anyhow
