I never thought I’d be here giving any Subway a 5 star review, but here we are. This Subway is TOP NOTCH. Its staff are kind and welcoming. Its spaces are clean and well maintained. Service is speedy, yet efficient. But you came for the food itself didn’t you? I’m happy to say these staff don’t hold back. They aren’t simply slapping meat onto bread and calling it a day. They load you up on toppings and ensure that you get a little bit of everything you asked for in each bite. In other words, they ensure that every bite is the PERFECT bite. Listen, I know I sound crazy. Maybe the universe perfectly aligned so that I got the right staff at the right place and the right time, but they did a bang up job and I left satisfied and impressed. If you’re ever looking for a Subway in the Brevard/Rosman area, this MUST be your destination.

I’ve had no issues when I go in to place an order. But after getting subway for lunch multiple times a week I decided to place an order through the app for the first time. It included cheese, lots of veggie toppings, sauces, seasonings, and to be toasted. Only got lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber as toppings, no cheese, and not toasted. I was very disappointed. Not to mention I tipped $3 (over 30%) because making a custom sandwich is actually an involved task that I felt deserved a decent tip. Had hoped to save myself some time using the app to preorder my sandwich for my work lunch break but I guess I’ll have to go in because I can’t trust that my order will be made correctly.

I previously would have rated this location 4.5 to 5.0 stars, but my last two orders have been inaccurate, they haven’t had banana peppers or jalapeños in stock, and the bread tasted stale. Then to add insult to injury, I did double meat because I had two teens that were going to share one of the sandwiches. Almost 16 00 for a sandwich that will go uneaten because I asked for only mayo and aoli for the condiments and they loaded it down with mustard and left the cheese off. The other sandwich that was supposed to have there Xtra mustard had an extreme glob of mayo oozing out of it. They switched the toppings on the sandwiches. I ended up having to throw together a quick meal which left me very disappointed in my experience. The order before this one wasn’t nearly as messed up so I should have been thankful. Subway can do much better and although I like to support local. Not if ai am going to throw it in the trashcan. And btw the artists are very friendly and kind. I just wish the food tasted fresher and was accurate.

When I went to go pick up my to-go-order, they did not have the kind of bread that we ordered so they said I could wait 20 minutes, or I could go ahead and get the bread they had ready. This was no problem at all. I decided to wait the 20 minutes and told them that.
I came back after 20 minutes and they said that the chocolate chip cookies I ordered would not be available, they only had oatmeal raisin. When I asked if I could substitute my husband’s oatmeal raisin for chips, one kind worker was working on my request when another worker interjected, saying that since the chips were more expensive, they could not substitute the chips. The attitude and inflexibility, not to mention, going over her team member like that BLEW ME AWAY.
The food was great, but this kind of disrespect is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
My husband and I have always gone here and it has always been a great experience. Between the two of us ($30 a visit, twice a month) we probably spend close to 800 a year at this location. Maybe more. However, we will not be visiting anymore after the nasty interaction I experienced today.

Every time I go here they get something wrong or are out of a specific item but the app still lets you order it. This time I ended up missing an item as well as the sauces that go with it and that’s after substituting two items they were out of. While the associates working should be able to read an order, the fact this is a repeated occurrence over many months(honestly, years) shows worse on management. Go to the other Subway across town, it’s not worth the risk here.

Can’t be bothered to number my sandwiches. How am I supposed to know the difference?????? Sick of this laziness. Get it together. Especially when you’re charging 5 times what it’s worth. Not once have you ever properly numbered my sandwiches. I’m sick of it.

We used to not come to this Subway due to employees and service. We came today and had an amazing experience. All the staff were amazing and the food was very fresh. Will start coming here more often! Way to go Management. You found the crew that is all about the customers!
