I ordered two sandwiches for our lunch break today, including a flatbread with turkey, veggies, and extra jalapeños. The sandwich had very few veggies and only two pieces of jalapeño, despite requesting extra. I didn’t have a chance to check it until I returned to work, so it was too late to fix the issue. This was disappointing and not what I expected.

It has been a while since I have been in a subway but today I wanted to treat myself and I stopped into the Newton location on 321 and it was so clean. The people that you have working behind. That counter are very professional very friendly. they are just awesome. They all deserve a raise. Thumbs up subway of Newton. You’re amazing and oh by the way, my bacon, chicken ranch sub top notch.

TERRIBLE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. Childish even the old lady in there, They wanna snicker and laugh about you then when you ask them to give you a moment the man child slamed his hand down and was annoyed. And just the whole atmosphere was negative the way they didnt greet you and talked to you like you’re stupid. Very negative me and my family left b4 our food was even finished. They were Pathetic honestly.

I love that this location is easily visible from the curbside street view. I also like that this location has ample parking space to accommodate larger vehicles as I was in a SUV during my visit.
I visited during the early evening hours around 6:30 PM – 7:00PM. The place seemed to be busier than usual according to Google & it was packed but not jam packed. The staff did a good job with keeping the line moving; my only thing is they seemed a bit uninspired to do so. Call me old fashion but I’m one of those people that believes when happy people make your food it just taste 10x better.
In conclusion, I would recommend this location to friends and family visiting or traveling through the Newton, NC area. Thank you for the amazing subs ladies & in my kindest regards please smile more you all are an amazing group of people & I did like the way you communicated with one another and handled the supper rush.

I’m writing this review to acknowledge the fact that Subway does not only have the best foot longs, but their salad’s are spectacular as well. As an intentional healthy eater I was really impressed by this salad. They basically treat the line like a salad bar. Instead of having a 6in. bread as your sub you can switch it out with this salad, and the result is something truly remarkable. Quite happy with my visit. We’ll done subway! I’m impressed. A little small for the price, but extremely healthy and exquisitely tasting

It’s ridiculous I have to pay $24 for two subs. The sides were nasty and they always want to be skimpy on sandwich. The people are rude and have bad customer service.

Took 45 minutes extra for 2 sandwiches I preordered about 20 minutes before. The girls served all walk ins first and made any preorders wait longer. Shame on management for not having more help. I’m not happy that the young ladies were not able to balance the orders but management should’ve staffed the store better. There’s no sense hitting close to an hour and still waiting. Never coming here again.
