This subway is very dirty and not fresh at all. Subway is one of those food places I never have problems with but this location is horrible. There was just one guy working we saw but there was food all over the preparation area. Most of the ingredients was low, frosted and starting to change colors. There was different ingredients dropped in all the different vegetables that was just being left .. and looks like all that has been there a while. The guy put all my ham on one side of my sub and only 2 slices on the other half… Just the whole experience was awful and it’s pretty hard to mess up a sandwich. I usually go to the subway in the lower parking lot they are always clean and make great subs. Since I was already in Walmart we decided to come to this one to save time.. But I definitely won’t do that next time.

This is by far the nastiest Subway I have ever visited. The ice fron the ice dispenser had what looked like dirt in it. They have a cover over half the bar so you can’t see what is going on your sandwich. The overall impression I got was that nobody bothers to do basic housekeeping. I left without my sandwich.

Food was good, but the customer service of this Subway was terrible. The employees came out huffing because they had customers. We ordered a sandwich on flat bread and the employee said they don’t have flatbread. Ok.. not a big deal. Ordered a wrap next… oh they make that on flatbread… but she just said they don’t have flatbread. The manager comes out and says they do have flatbread and makes the employee go get it. The customer service was just bad and acted as if they just hated having to actually work at their job.

The young man was polite. I failed to place an order because they were out of the meatballs for my desired sandwich. The young male cashier was helpful in trying to suggest another location in the next shopping center. I told him how that location always seemed to be closed, he stated that all the area locations should have the same closing time. I noticed that the location he mentioned was indeed dark and closed as I had expected.
This location was clean and the bar looked well kept. The young man was truly friendly and his well groomed, clean appearance made me hope to come back for that meatball sub. I feel that I could trust the cleanliness of items made here.

This store is supposed to close at 9pm, I got there at 7:40pm to find all the chairs on the tables and the sliding door almost shut. I wanted to sit at a booth but was told that section was already closed, but I could take down a chair at a table. While I was eating, I observed an employee serving someone else, said employee dropped the oven tray in the floor, didn’t wash it, and continued to use it. I went back at 8:30 to order another sub to find they had already put up all the meats and veggies. This employee told me he was closing but served me anyway with an attitude. This store needs new management!

I just left this location and normally wouldn’t say anything but this subway was just down right nasty and just disgusting. There was only one worker and he was rude and and had no clue what he was doing. They didn’t have many options to pick from when it came from meat and toppings. The toppings they did have looked old. I couldn’t get a drink due to the Machine being down. The whole experience was just bad. Hopefully this location can pull there selves together but I doubt that they will.

I asked for onions on my sandwich before it was toasted, and she completely bypassed my question. I also said a small bit of mayonnaise, and she put some and I said “that’s good” and she put that much more.

Earlier today, I was at Walmart and decided to buy a cold drink and sit at a table inside Subway. I had been sitting there for no longer than three minutes when the employee running the counter walked over, touched me without my consent, and told me that I couldn’t sit there because it was for paying customers only. I’m furious for a few different reasons.
1. This male employee invaded my personal space and touched me without my permission.
2. He was well aware that I was indeed a paying customer.
3. There were other customers present that was also sitting there and hadn’t ordered anything, but I got singled out for no apparent reason.
4. I was sitting there by myself minding my own business and not bothering anyone, but I was the only person who verbally got forced to leave.
5. I had been feeling lightheaded and was close to passing out from the heat. I still felt dizzy, but I was being pushed to leave Subway and go back outside in the hot weather to wait for the people I came with to Walmart. Being exposed to extreme heat holds the risk of sending me into a seizure. This Subway employee had no regard for my health nor my safety. IF I had not gotten in the shade when I did, I’d probably be in the hospital right now.
Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I will be giving his description. Young adult male, white, average height, and build. Medium length dark-colored hair, and the only way I can describe his face is this, a cutesy babyface.
I’m very displeased with the experience I have received today.

They don’t wash there hands . The food was. fresh . But they have a attitude problem as well..Store was clean. Chips were not stocked.
