HOURS INACCURATE
They do not stay open till 9 pm as posted. We got there a little bit before 9 trying to get a sandwich before work. The lady wouldn’t answer the door and just shook her head that they were closed. I absolutely despise lazy workers that close early because they want to go home. I’ve worked in plenty of restaurants, we’ve had a bus load walk in just as we closed, didn’t matter. The hours posted are not a suggestion. Hire better staff and run your store right.

I do not recommend going to this Subway, the lobby closes at 8 and we were there at 7:15, they wouldn’t open the door made us go to the window, we told the lady who was rude btw what we wanted and my husbands teryaki sub come with nothing but cheese when he ordered everything but jalapenos and spinach…….it was the most terrible service I’ve seen in a long time. It didn’t use to be like this but we will be going to a different Subway

this subway is one of the extra kinda small ones. even still, the 2 employees working came right out to take our order. these guys teamwork was a pretty awesome thing to watch. they both listened to what we asked for, very polite, very comfortable and super clean. plus, our whole wheat flat bread subways were extremely delicious. thank you guys.

I frequent this place and would really like to give it more stars but I have noticed lately that the only time this place is worth going to is when (1) certain manager is on duty. He is a young male with glasses, not sure of his name, but he keeps the place in order. Any other time, the franchise is completely upside down. Nasty. And as you can see in the picture, the employees seem to not care at all about what they’re doing. Not only did all of my toppings fall off of my sub, but the onions and green peppers were chopped so large that I had to re-chop. Also the skin was left on the onion. The store was a wreck. Nothing stocked, and the veggie/meat bar was a disaster. People need to take more pride in their jobs. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there, do something about it, but it’s not the customers fault.

Ordered a meatball sub with light sauce they put more on it like that thankful I didn’t order light sauce. The bread was not done would not even support the ingredients that went on it! Was a soggy mess! Let me tell everyone do not eat here, they also didn’t even know how to redeem a coupon. This was absolutely the worse Subway I have ever eaten at! Will never e er eat here again! 0 stars out of 5!!!

Ordered 3 subs 2 hotshot italianos 1 all american when we check them its 2 all americans and a meatball. tried calling at 8:50 and kept calling until they answered at 9 once they closed and then said we could bring a receipt tomorrow which they did give back. wasted 20 dollars next time atleast the kids at mcds get it right.

Yesterday I made an attempt to call and place my order but no one answered after attempting to place my order at the subway Walmart in granite. However, no one answered so I thought to myself I will just use the app and place order and I did not get any olives even though I paid for extra, I did not receive any bpepp or any baha or chipotle sauce on my steak and cheese. Also, when I entered even though there was only 1 other person inside customer wise and 2 associates I was not greeted by anyone and I just sat down because I arrived about 8 minutes early. Just outright not worth it AND I TIPPED $5…. Cmon subway yall can do better and I hope this review prompts the changes y’all desperately need.
