What’s the point of having a phone if no one answers it? I accidentally placed my order on the app at the wrong Subway and couldn’t find any option in the app to cancel it. I called the store as quickly as I could, but no one answered. I tried calling three times and still got no response.

I went to this subway for lunch today, and ordered a 6” sub meal, and got 2 cookies. My sub was more like a 3”, and my cookies were so hard, they taste like they were made a week ago. The girl making my sub slapped so much sauce on it, that it seeped through the paper, and I had to wipe the sub itself with a napkin when I got home. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I didn’t catch her name, but I’ll probably not get a sub made by her anymore. 🙁

Im convinced whoever owns this place waits outside of the local high school and hands out applications to everyone who rides the short bus. I have never seen such an incapable employees in my life. Couldn’t even roll up the sub in the wrapper. Had no clue what heated and toasted meant. Took half an hour to make a single 6 inch sub. And by the time they were done, it was ice cold. You could easily fire the entire staff and probably end up better off for it. I’ll eat elsewhere from now on as I have no faith whatsoever in this establishment.

This is the second time I have stopped at this Subway. Both time the employee was sitting on a step stool playing on his phone while I stand there for 5 minutes and he ever looked up. Bad service at this place. After 5 minutes I left and went somewhere else to eat.

Not at all the subway it used to be. My son literally went once a day. I stopped ordering myself anything a year ago when they started being out of everything. Now we can’t even get what we want once a month. Try to order online you can’t. Then every time you go in, there’s some kind of problem or they’re out of something. No one acts like they wanna work And the attitudes fly. You lost an every day customer.

The way that Amber (manager) talks to her employee Erin in front of customers is just awful. Erin is the sweetest but Amber is rude and has no type of professionalism nor should she be in a leadership position! Her title has gone to her head. Maybe if she takes her time to do her job correctly, she won’t continue to mess up orders. Amber had to remake my sandwich twice bc she was moving to fast and not Listening to what I was ordering! I’ll be going inside of Walmart from now on to order subway.

Really this place is a 10 star, every employee here acts as if they know you. They don’t mind to have a conversation with you while taking your order which makes me feel extremely welcomed, the girl with dark brown hair took my order and was super sweet, then the girl Amber was at the register to ring me up and just had the best smile making sure to upsell and telling me to have a great day. Thank you for keeping customers happy and I will be back!

Went down hill, staff is great it’s something with the ingredients unshure if they changed suppliers or what just don’t taste right hard to find a good subway these days I recommend firehouse subs or jersey mikes
