Ordered 2 subs online. Got there, the food was ready, the gentleman was in the middle of cleaning (which was awesome to see) and he got to me promptly. I took the subs home and they were probably the best we’ve had in a while!!! Kudos to whomever was working!!!

I really like subway… Normally anyway. I love the Philly, but for some reason they decided not to heat the meat up at this location. After taking my first bite I noticed everything was refrigerated cold. They weren’t busy at all so no excuse for this.

Web site and Google states, store closes at 10pm. I show up at 9:50, hoping to have a hot sub for work tonight. Was told store was closed. Asked what time they close, answer was 9:57. Yet, they closed early because it was a busy day and the three employees in the store was short staffed. Thanks Subway, will find a less healthy alternative.

I used to love this location, but lately it hasn’t been very good and it’s been different the last couple of times we have ordered food from here. Last night was by far the WORST! I ordered a protein bowl, a chicken sandwich, and a meatball sandwich. The protein bowl was by bar the best out of the three, but it’s supposed to be a salad and there was no lettuce in the bowl. It was a spicy Italian bowl and no one bothered to cut any of the meat, it was full sized slices and slapped together in thick layers. I wrote instructions to please cut the tomatoes and cucumbers in half, but that wasn’t done either. The chicken sandwich was ordered on Italian herb and cheese bread that was to be toasted. It was supposed to have provolone cheese, black olives, cucumbers, avocado, mayo, and sweet onion sauce. Well, it had white bread that was NOT toasted, no cheese, no avocado, no cucumbers, and about three black olives with some mayo. The meatball was also supposed to be on toasted Italian herb and cheese bread with onions and Parmesan cheese added to it. It also came on white bread that was NOT toasted and didn’t even have any sauce on the sandwich! It was dry. There were no onions and no Parmesan cheese. Who are you hiring to work there? They clearly don’t care at all about filling orders that come in. I spent $20 on food we had to repair in order to eat!! Come on now! Your managers need to be watching these kids on every shift! I won’t be back any time soon and if I ever do, I will be coming to watch and see how these kids are preparing the food.
