I highly advise everyone not to goto this Subway location… I placed a online pick-up order around 4:30 today (March 6th, 2022) actually got there and picked up my food at 5:00pm. I got my food off the pickup rack and drove home. Once I goto open my sandwich I see that there is not a wrapper around my sandwich like normal and all of the toppings had fallen off of the sandwich and were laying in the bottom of the bag in the corner . I payed with a gift card that was given to me so luckily I didn’t spend any real money on this absolute trash of a sandwich. Very disappointed, I literally just threw the sandwich away once I saw it . Just a warning, all of the other subways in Boone seem to have good service .

I will never recommend this Subway to anyone! The sandwiches were sloppy put together with very few toppings. My parents sandwiches were not toasted nor had cheese on them even though they had asked for both! On top of that we were only allowed 4 napkins! They said that was store policy. Which had never been an issue before when we had asked for extra napkins. The staff was rude and keep asking anything else while putting the toppings on our sandwiches. We felt like we were being rushed! The only thing I can say positive is they did honor the senior citizens discount. My family and I were highly dissatisfied with our visit!

The girl that waited on me was EXTREMELY RUDE!! I asked a simple question about the sub she was making for me and she snickered, sighed, and ROLLED HER EYES!!! Whoever owns this franchise needs to train your people in client service. $13 is a lot to spend on ONE sandwich and it’s completely unacceptable to be treated in such a manner.

Entering Subway two customers was seating. Two people working. We order Two 12 inch Subs Two 6 inch. Was hard to hear them with mask and glass. The girl working went to make the sub with bacon and didn’t cook it…when we asked if she was going cook it she said I don’t want ya ll here. I said excuses me. She told us this was a catering order she had other customers to wait. We also needed 3 more subs and the guy was being rude. When he rang up part of our order he did not change gloves before going to make our subs. We asked him to get clean ones and he said he took the glove off and put back on. Then got a attitude and changed over. They messed our order up and didn’t care. I sent my 80 year old mom to the car so they would stop being rude to her. That was over 70 dollars. Then I had to order another sub because we had kids to feed and they messed one up and wouldn’t fix it didn’t care. When I told the girl I didn’t appreciate her rudeness she got a attitude louder and said she wasn’t going be called rude. Another 8 dollars spent . Now eating the Subs…Chicken was crunchy and had a bad taste. Not able to eat 2 of the Subs. The one they messed up was definitely not able to eat. Now 3 subs not able to eat. I caution you to eat here. We are following up with this.

Your basic subway, always good. The people working there were really nice. Nice and quick delivery as well. Not as good sandwiches as some places, but a classic. I heard our friends went to Penn Station subs and there was A 40 MINUTE WAIT to get their subs. Crazy. Only thing about our trip to subway this time was they were out of white bread and the italian herbs & cheese was very hot(had just come out of the oven), so we had to settle for wheat… Probably healthier anyway, to be honest.

I pick up from this location at least once a month. Good food, always clean. Was in there last Thursday, young man named Rheo (hope that’s correct), waited on me. While I’ve been going to this location for years, he certainly was the politest employee I’ve ever met. Great food too! BBQ brisket sub. Man, that thing was awesome!
