I left my office Off of 70and went all the way to Subway on North center because they are usually the best.
Not so much today. I get all the way back to my office to have a sandwich on bread that is so hard. It is crumbling every time I touch it. Then I call back up there because I have no time left today and I’m told to bring the sandwich back tomorrow to see the manager. Forget my gas or my time why wasn’t it done correctly the first time? Did you not build this bread, crumbling when you cut into it? I’m sure you did, but you gave it to me anyways. Why? You asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no so why do I have toasted bread because there is no way that you gave me bread this stale…..

I would like to come on here and leave an amazing review to this young man working here Nathan! He is absolutely the sweetest young man I’ve ever met, he sauces up the bun talks to me and even gave me an extra dollar when I didn’t have enough. I want to find out his hours because he is the only reason I will be back. Shout out to Nathan I will definitely be back he made my day! ❤️

I went to this subway like no other wanting to get a nice sub but i was greeted with a hateful worker the worker seemed young but was very rude i think his name was nate or Nathan. At first he seemed okay asking me what i wanted like usually but when i got confused or couldn’t make my mind up he made rude comments like how long does it take you to figure out what you want and i even heard him call me fat while walking out and i just do not think this kind of behavior is except-able at your establishment so please take better time choosing your workers because this behavior is unacceptable for an establishment.

Honestly best sub spot around. The customer service from sawyer was amazing, he really did listen to my very difficult order and made everything perfect. Great experience would definitely recommend!

I went here the other day and had a fine young man make me a delicious sandwich, I ordered a meatball sub, and he helped guide me through the process of making it, he advised to put relish on it and I must say that was the smartest decision I’ve ever seen a person make. It believe the employees name was Nathan. If you ever the opportunity for him to craft you one of his delicacies, you should take it. The one thing I was not super sure about was his remarks on my recent catheter acquisition, he seemed unsure as to what it was and asked me about it, I told him what it was and he said he was sorry and I told him it was okay, he seems like a nice kid and he deserves the world, and he really like to tell me about his tong tong saher plushie collection, thank you Nathan!

Sent someone to pick up lunch; ordered an Italian sub heated and toasted….they asked my person..”what kind of meats do you want?” Duh, whatever comes
on an Italian and they said… “you pick what meats you want.” WHAT? Why would I order an Italian? My person did not know what to get so basically I had ham on non-toasted bread. Very disappointing when you had your heart set on a toasted Italian sub… not to mention, the toppings were not right either! What is wrong with people….do they not care anymore??? Definitely, do not order from here sight unseen! AND, they don’t answer their phone! There’s your sign! Hope they see this…. SUBWAY 2157 N Center St, Hickory, NC.

An individual named sawyer was the one who was supposed to be creating my sandwich, this individual reeked of bathroom smells to put it politely. I asked for it lightly toasted and it was essentially cremated by the time it was finished. He also took the sandwich to a back room and put some sort of mayonnaise I had never seen before on it. I think they thought it would be funny to push me over and stomp on my chest until I couldn’t breathe, which I did not appreciate. Overall 1.5/10
