10/25/22 @5:25pm. Both employees in the parking lot, 1 in a car, the other leaning on it. They didn’t wash hands upon entering the building to serve us, but wore gloves that they put on with dirty hands. Worst service I ever had. Didn’t even speak to let me know they were ready or acknowledge me as a customer. When I asked what was the difference between the Italians, they pointed at the sign. Clearly do not follow subway sandwich specs for building the sub.

Always have good food and service at this Subway when ordering online or in person, but good gawd, don’t try to call them. I made a mistake and forgot to change the time on my online order and tried calling repeatedly to ask them to wait on fixing them because it would be almost 2 hours before I could pick them up. After 6-7 times of the phone ringing off the hook with no answer over about 10 minutes – starting from the second I hit the button to order and realized I forgot to change the pick up time – someone finally answered and told me I couldn’t change the time because the subs were almost ready, but they would hold them for me.

Manager is amazing and takes care of her staff and customers. Always friendly and enjoyable while waiting for the food to be made. Employees care how their subs look before bagging them up! No subway around compares to this one!

I was a little worried, since there was no one in the shop to buy subway at 12:30. I mean no one! I went on and got my sub and it was like usual, nothing special but that’s just me. My husband loves subway. He thought it was delicious. I just wanted to look at the reviews to see what was going on. I’m guessing covid. I d k!

I used the app to order my food and it wasn’t ready when I got there. Apparently their system didn’t register that an order was placed. The gentleman who helped me was nice and took the time to check my confirmation on my phone and call his management to let them know what was going on. He handled everything nicely and never doubted me when I told him that my payment had already went through. I wish this company had more employees like him.
