Fresh food and hard working staff but out of respect for your employees please invest in an air conditioner for heaven’s sake. You have people in there working in 92 degrees (the INDOOR thermostat said 92)!! And no the employee did not complain, I just wanted to speak up on their behalf because they deserve a better environment and so do your patrons. Otherwise a good experience here.

Clean store. The employees were polite and accommodating my issue was I brought in paper coupons one was buy one foot long get the other for free. I was told that they are a privately owned Subway and only corporate Subways except coupons with buy one get something free. I got sum what lucky there store was running a deal for three subs. I really did not need three foot-long subs, but I went ahead and got them. I was always under the impression that with any business you either had privately owned (bought Blue Sky from a corporation), the or all franchises were run through corporate which a board of directors that make the decision and a C.E.O that overseas everything. It was my first experience with half one half the other. Well, I know, and whoever reads this review knows now. I will try to remember to snap some photos next time. Visited last Saturday outstanding service. I think it was around 5 or so that helped me look through subway ads to find their coupons for their location. All I can say is to wow outstanding employees.

Whoever owns this Subway franchise in Cape Carteret should be kissing the ground that the two employee/sisters walk on! (who are the only ones that I ever see working here, for quite sometime now!) I have never met 2 kinder, or gracious women then these ladies in any place that work and who makes a perfect Sub or Salad in a sandwich shop let alone one that is corporately owned!! The reason I decided to post a review is because our local newspaper occasionally includes Subway coupons, which does makes a DIFFERENCE in many peoples expendable money whether or not they can afford or not to buy a somewhat healthy fast food meal. When I presented them w/ a “Get a free cookie with any purchase” coupon, 2 days ago, they informed me , “regretfully this Subway no longer accepts coupons. How shameful of the owner. The only reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the people that work here.

Placed a order online for pickup on Saturday evening at 9:05 the money was pulled from my account got to the restaurant at 9:25 to see the restaurant is closed despite the Google and subways website saying they are open until 10pm. Says the times were verified by business 5 days ago. A complaint has been filed with corporate in a attempt to GET MY MONEY BACK.

The only reason why this place received 2 – stars is because my food was good. I watched the manager berate my daughter right in front of me as she is one of the workers at this location. The manager was completely rude and unprofessional, she knew we were there as my daughter introduced us, good job Ken you have some fine people running your stores!
