Wraps had no flavor. The one staff person was not friendly. Short and rude. Yet when I walked in she was in the back laughing. Sorry I interrupted you doing nothing and actually have to do your job. Asked to add pickles was told I was not allowed to add pickles. They can take off but not add to it. I wouldn’t have mind even paying for the pickles. I don’t have this problem at any other subway. Won’t be ordering from this location again. Also make sure you don’t pay till after they make your food. If I knew this was how it was going to be I wouldn’t have tipped

Out of the last 6 orders, they couldn’t complete 5 of them. Everytime it’s something else wrong…truck couldn’t deliver supplies, no pepperoni, no requested bread, forgetting dressing/sauce, etc. I have decided to void almost every order because they cannot fulfill it., It’s honestly started becoming a joke with my significant other…. what will be a problem this time? It’s always something. Will we have to go somewhere else? It’s definitely a gamble. Good luck.

Asked for toasted and when we got home and I when to eat my 13 dollar sandwich the cheese wasn’t melted and the sandwich was cold, my brother had black meatballs that sat all day probably. Also felt like I walked into a funeral.

The amount of steak I got on my sandwich is a joke. You know that scene where Micky Mouse cuts a single slice of bread into a much thinner see-through slice? That’s the equivalent of what this subway did with the steak they gave me. The churro I got from there weighed more than the sub I got. I had to go out for 2nd dinner like a hobbit after this.

Did online order for 3 subs. Got them home none of them had lettuce on them called the store manager said they were out of lettuce. Really you cant call the customer and tell them. She said she was to busy. Ok but no one was in there when I picked them up and 1 person was standing around. Won’t order Not the first time they messed up my order. Ill take my money to Jersey Mike’s in Havelock or Morehead.

Went in to grab a quick dinner, on a hot day, and there was so many flies on the glass, where the cheese and food is stored. The lids were not closed! The counter space was filthy, glass was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The female employee was rude! Every time I’ve gotten her, she’s just rude. I think it’ll be a long time before I go back. I certainly don’t want e. coli, salmonella, or food poisoning! Who wants food thats had house flies wandering on it all day?!
