Husband and I went in and ordered a footlong and a wrap. She asked me 3 times if I wanted my sandwich toasted, each time I answered yes. When I asked for extra sauce on my foot long, she used at least 1/3 of a bottle of sauce! I told her it was good, and still added more. Way too much! My husband’s wrap was inedible as she wrapped it completely wrong. He had to rebuild his wrap on our own tortillas at home in order to eat it. Please train your employees, my goodness.

Every food chain has their good days and bad. My honest review is based on the services I receive and how they handle the situation.

Today I went at a very busy time 11:45. They were out of starry and the fountain was down. But they let me choose any bottle drink they had. That was extremely thoughtful. Our sandwiches were fresh, veggies fresh. Truthfully this is my favorite subway chain in the surrounding area!!

They are extremely thoughtful and understand your spending money on what you want and good quality. The other chains dont offer to fix their sandwiches. But here at this location they do without hesitation!!!

The worst subway experience I’ve ever had In my many years of being a loyal customer, the food looked like it been sitting out for days the sandwich line looked dirty like it needed to be wiped down and the lady who made my sandwich was taking so long to ring everything up that when I got home I reheated it up, she didn’t know how to make a sandwich and after everything I almost just wanted to leave but I bought the food anyway. The place looked dirty and the manager sat on his phone doing nothing.

All right, so I had to delete my original one star review so I could leave an updated one star review. Just got my sandwich after ordering it through the app and got a handwritten note in my bag that said we had no smashed avocado with a sad face. Nothing was said to me at the window, I called the store and talked to “Jason“ Who said I would need to come back tomorrow to see about getting a refund for the avocado that I paid for. However, he said I’d have to bring in the sandwich tomorrow to get it resolved. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down, save your money and go up the road to the other Subway.

Was here maybe 30 minutes ago. Dead fly in my sub. That was the only one I found, I could have eaten more, who knows. Not to mention a couple of years ago, I had a gastro-intestinal infection for the first time ever just hours after eating at this location. So I see nothing has changed. Staff was very polite and nice, but that alone and convenience in distance is not worth going to this disgusting location ever again.

Following another user by deleting my one star review to leave an updated one. Maybe management will get it together and turn the store around eventually, but in the four years that I have been here they just don’t care and it’s a shame.

I pulled up to the drive-through today and asked for a meatball marinara and they said they didn’t have it anymore even though it was the meal deal of the day. So I had to clarify if they didn’t have it anymore or if they just went out and then he told me hold on And came back and said that there was enough for a 6 inch which was fine but then when he handed me my food, the cup was covered in sauce and I had to wipe it off, which is no big deal but then when I looked at my receipt, I saw that Video before you took it upon themselves to add a tip, which was two dollars onto my total. When I question him, he said that he clicked noted, but he wasn’t sure why it tipped anyway and he just walked away. So now it’s OK for them to steal our money on top of the poor customer service. I’m attaching my previous review also. Maybe I need to contact a DM this is just pathetic

Went there twice. The same girl didn’t know what meat or how much or how much cheese to put based off the reagualr oders instructions. Was charged for extra when I simply wanted the correct stuff. Was never asked what bread or if I wanted foot long or not. Was rang up when I was still ordering. List goes on. The worst subway I’ve ever been to. Will not return.

When I 1st walked to the door it was locked and the time on the door the door said 8 AM, for opening time on Friday the 18th. So I waited 10 minutes for her to open up. Soon as I walked in She asked me What I’m am I having in a rude tone. I asked her which opening time was correct because Google said 9am and the door said 8am. Very aggravated she responded that they opened at 9am. I asked because I usually don’t make it to Subway in the morning. I usually go every day in the afternoon after my 2 hour swim, But I went very early today. I brushed it off and asked her how she was doing. I stayed polite during the whole transaction which was very hard!
Then we went through the normal transaction of picking everything out. When she asked I told her I wanted a 6″. She didn’t listen and gave me a 12. And when she opened the toaster A bowl water fell out And splashed on half of the sandwich. She didn’t miss a beat and just kept prepping the sandwich. I didn’t express my aggravation. Only Because I didn’t want to blow my top and get into an argument with her. She seemed to be having a bad enough day.
I cannot provide the transaction ID because most of it’s covered from the water on the top of the receipt.
This is the 1st time I have had this kind of experience with Subway. Most of the workers that I have Interactions with are usually nice and playful.

I’m starting to do my swim very early in the morning now. And dreadfully I feel that I might have to find a new sandwich shop. Due to my multiple sclerosis I have to try to avoid stress. And any more interactions with this lady It’s bound To make me lose my temper.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway and I’m from Brooklyn New York!!!!
