It’s Sunday 4:29 pm March 28 . I order 3 foot long Italian bread and she gives me Italian bread with cheese. SHE was rude didn’t try to change it to the correct way I ask . She was very rude and really disorganized while doing my 3 foot long sandwich’s. (Girl with the big fake eyelashes) needs to be retrained.

My mom and son went in to get a kids sub and a 6in sub for my grandfather on 7/21/23. The lady on staff was huffy and rude right off the bat. The gentleman has a much better disposition. She put regular meat portion on it then mom mentioned the deluxe option. She told my mom there wasn’t a deluxe option, but there is and we have used it often. She just slapped extra meat on it and flopped toppings on it like she was mad. My 9yo asked my mom why she was so rude. Then the lady charged for double meat and told my mom that “that’s what it costs!” The guy is nice and they’re close to my work but I was already teetering on not eating there anymore because of this lady’s attitude before. Now I’m sure that me, my mom, my wife and my coworkers won’t be eating there again.

My wife purchased some Sub. Turkey and cheese, Philly cheese for me. My sandwich was really horrible. I’m not a Vegan or Vegetarian. So I expected my sandwich to be FULL of meat and extremely small amount of veggies. I was very disappointed . Customers has to pay more for meat sandwich. So I expect to receive tons of meat on my sandwich. Was I received was a Veggie sandwich. I would not recommend this store

Good afternoon I don’t normally complain,I went into this Subway The Manager was extremely rude. I asked her how was her day going,she didn’t respond waited a couple more seconds and I asked again she said you asked me before, so I didn’t know if you were talking to me. Flies were in the cookies,she looked so upset, she wasn’t approachable. This wasn’t the same Manager that is normally in there,she burned the subs and she was going to serve them to me. I said to her you have a wonderful attitude .This place will not be getting my business again. Unless the other Managers are in there.

I am NOT a sub person….Decide to eat one since I haven’t had one in years!! I kid you not, that sub was delicious!! Plus I usually don’t write reviews, it’s now added to my list of places I will continue to eat. S/N I love eating @ a place where it is CLEAN!!! It is “definitely” CLEAN!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! These people are disgusting. They have no integrity whatsoever. They will screw up your order then blame you for their failure. They refused to make my order right and demanded that the only recourse I had was to drive to them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

New lady working that wasn’t the most friendly & claims she’s training to be assistant manager tried to tell me I’m not allowed to order a sub the way I’ve been ordering it for over 2 years and the same way I order it at every subway with no problem. Told me that it didn’t matter who’s been making my sub that way that she’s there working now and I’m not allowed to order my sub that way. If I wanted to be limited to exactly what the picture shows comes on a sub I’d go to jersey mikes. Last time I checked wasn’t subway known for giving customers the option to customize their sub? My family will no longer be customers here and we will go to any other subway around where they have no problem making my sub.
To the very nice employee who has been making my subs for the last 1+ years here with no problem, thank you they’ve been delicious.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to!!! Rude staff,they act like you are bothering them for coming to subway! Also, every other subway I go to (Washington and Greenville) I can use my coupon on any except for what is stated on the coupon. But at this subway they have a list of subs that you can only use your coupon on and no signature series subs are on their list!!! Pitiful!!!

Ordered on the app, went through and went to pick up. They closed the store early, but still charged me for receiving nothing. I sent a message to customer service and they told me they would refund within 48 hours. It’s been over a month and still no refund. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Avoid if you can. Scammers!!!
