I can’t share their service or food because their hours are not accurate. They say they open at 8. But they are never open, and I worked alone night shift and love subway, nobody is here and they have hours posted of 8:00 am -9:00pm. But they are not open.

This is a worst subway i’ve ever played in order at. The hours of business are different on the door than on Google. And why would I be allowed to order food on the app during closing hours? My credit card company recommends that I’ll call them to get the refund. But every time I call I keep getting hung up on. Unless you are able to go in, don’t order here and be ready to deal with rude nasty attitudes.

We arroved at the store at 8:10pm. Closing g time is 9pm. The guys working were very rude and ignored every question. That was asked. I will not go back to this subway. All the veggies were already put up as well as the meatballs and tuna. Not a very good customer service atmosphere.

2/5/24 about 6:30-40 pm, I stopped to place an order for my family. When I told the young lady helping me I wanted 5 subs, I heard a voice from the back say you can only order 4 subs. When asked why Mark said “5 or more is a catering order and I need 24 hrs notice.” When asked about contact information for the owner Mark said something under his breath, before stating I could find it on google. The problem I have is this twice now that I have stopped in my work uniform and been told the same thing. But when wearing street clothes he has no problem making 5 orders. It appears that this employee is engaged in discriminatory business practices based of where I work for or he is trying to illicit a negative response for some reason. I had to drive across town to order dinner for my family. This will be the last time I dine with any of the Subways in Kinston.

I went in there for lunch today while the two girls who were making the sandwiches were absolutely wonderful very helpful knew what they were doing however the man behind the counter who I’m assuming is a manager isn’t very good. He doesn’t know how to explain it doesn’t know how to work the register very well needs more training.
Also I got a drink from the fountain and those need to be desperately cleaned they look like they have mold and then I threw out my drink.
