Ordered subs to take to the beach, The restaurant owner needs to train staff. The guy working there was rude, said he didn’t have training, didn’t know how to make the subs and did a terrible job making simple 5 sandwiches. Messy, hard bread, put too much salt and mayo. It was just a terrible experience, $55 wasted.

Best sandwiches I have gotten from subway in a long time. I did my order online. Whoever made the sandwiches surely had military training. Tightly wrapped not falling apart. Tip top.

It is like going to the DMV. They only ever have one employee working and they work with zero urgency. We waited 20 minutes for her to make two sandwhiches for the people ahead of us and check them out. It was finally our turn and she told us she needed to make a pick up order before she did ours & proceeded to take forever even lifting out the bread. So we just left after waiting for 20 minutes in line so we wouldn’t be late for our commitments. We never go there for a reason, but everytime we give it a chance, I am reminded why we don’t go to this subway.

Honestly they need to either close this place down or fire everybody and start over. This place is a joke. They take your money and can’t make your order right and then refuse to fix it or even give a refund back. I’ve been calling for days. No answer. Tried calling corporate nothing. So emailed twice nothing. Still haven’t got my refund back. The meat on my subs were frozen. But I also put on my order I wanted both subs toasted. He failed to do that. And he tells me he is not authorized to use the toaster he isn’t authorized to give me my money back. He is not authorized to fix my food and that he’s also not a manager and that there is not a manager on duty and when I asked for him to call the manager, he told me to call corporate with an attitude. Like I said go ahead and close this place down. Subway is the worse! And I do have a video of the interaction and have a picture of this dude and from all the comments I can tell it’s the same guy and you should definitely revisit with your employees about your rules and protocols about hygiene.

Out of all of the employees at fast food restaurants in Southport, the manager Kiki at this location stands out among everyone else. She is personable, professional and makes a dang good sandwich! We went in yesterday and came back again today for another because it was just so good. Her leadership skills are also apparent by how well her staff operate. I hope that her supervisor/corporate Subway realize what an asset she is to their company and compensate her accordingly.
Thanks for all you do Kiki!

They sent used gloves closed up in the bag with our food. Not to mention the order wasn’t entirely correct – wrong bread, wrong cookies, and they forgot our drinks. Terrible, disappointing experience along with unfocused employees.

I made an online order at 11:00am
At 11:15 I was told it’s ready
At 11:30 I showed up
The employee was on their phone and the order wasn’t even started.
I had to stand at the register for a few minutes (I was only
Person in the store and she was right there) in order for her to ask what I wanted.

Walked into this location. 5pm beginning of dinner time. 2 employees didn’t greet us just told us they were on break. Break at the same time during dinner? A sign of poor management and lack of training. Taking our business to Jersey Mike’s every time from now on. You get what you pay for in today’s age.

Janice is the worst trained employee. I walked in and she’s alone in the back. I waited a while before finally yelling to get her to come to the front. Terrible attitude! I asked for a footlong #18. With an attitude said, “What’s that!” Wow.
Super slow causing a long line!
Train your staff!!
