The store was clean and the food was fresh. The 2 ladies working greeted me when I came in with a smile in their voices and on their faces. Alyssa made me a good sandwich. Thanks again Subway

Not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience definitely warrants one.
My family and I visited the Subway in Sneads Ferry this evening. I had double-checked the hours beforehand to ensure we had time to sit and eat, as my daughter had practice later. We arrived around 8:30 PM, well before the posted closing time. However, we immediately noticed all the chairs were already flipped onto the tables.

Still, we walked in — there were five of us — and were not greeted by the young woman sweeping the floor or the gentleman behind the counter. My husband politely asked if they were closing, and the young woman responded bluntly (and quite rudely), “No, we’re open, but our lobby closes at 6.”

Lobby hours? That was news to us. There was no signage posted about the lobby closing earlier, and even a quick Google search didn’t show anything about separate lobby hours. To make matters worse, when my daughter attempted to use the restroom, she was told they were already closed as well.

Between the rudeness, the lack of any visible communication about lobby hours, and the very uncomfortable, unwelcoming atmosphere, we decided to leave. Thankfully, we went to Jersey Mike’s, where we were greeted kindly and treated professionally.

We understand policies exist — but the way they’re communicated (or not) and the way customers are treated makes a big difference. We won’t be returning to this location.

This is easily the best Subway in town. I came in today and was served by two beautiful girls. The previous customer before me was quite rude to them, but they still managed to serve me with a smile on their face. The sweet ginger girl was in training and shes absolutely amazing!!! Usually when I come to places like this, I don’t tend to tip, but I couldn’t help but slip a five into their little jar… I can happily say that my food was fresh and delicious! They’re truly amazing. Thank you guys so much!!! Show these girls some love and thank them for everything they do. 🙂

This review is specifically for the customer service. The duo working tonight must’ve been in some kind of spat. Whatever it was caused them to slam trays loudly on the counter, throw open the covers making it slam against the glass, make no eye contact with the customer AT ALL, huff and puff like we were inconveniencing them, so much so that we thought we walked in and they were closed and had to ask. Just do better. But as always, the food was good. 🙂

New to the area and just went here for the first time, Haley and Chris were very kind and provided awesome service. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. No clue what Vicki’s problem was but I found the staff very respectful!

I went in and was the only customer there. The lady who helped me at first was polite and offered good customer service. I found out a few minutes later she was the manager. She finished her portion of service and slid the sandwich down to a young man, I will call Mr. No Personality. He asked the normal questions about how i wanted my sandwich. There was no, “Hello, what would you like on your sandwich?” No smile, no personality. He just looked at me and said, ” What kind of meat?” I said, “tuna please.” Then as I called out the other items I wanted, I specifically asked for a few slices of the red tomatoes, he put four slices of half ripe tomatoes on there. I asked for a little mayo (as the tuna already had some mayo) he gloobed two streaks of mayo on the sandwich. (Way too much, but fortunately I like mayo). I did remind him that the tuna already has mayo in it and he didn’t have to add so much. He just looked at me with his, far less than enthusiastic glare
as if he could care less, and I’m sure he did care less. When he checked me out we exchanged money, he closed the cash register and pushed my sandwich to me, WITHOUT ANOTHER WORD. I said, ” You are welcome for my visit as a customer.” Again he glared at me and walked off. I leaned around the corner and the nice lady who originally help me looked up at me and smiled. I ask, “Who is the manager?” Praying she wouldn’t say the young man was. But she replied, ” I am.” I said. “If I were, he would be fired. And, by the way, Jersey Mike’s have delicious tuna salad sandwiches also. I don’t need to do business with Subway and be treated rudely when I am the PAYING customer doing business with this company, who wants my money.” Needless to say Subway has now been marked off my list, until I find their customer service has improved. They only way for businesses to do better is for customers to let them know with lack of service and let them know why.

I hate to write a negative review but I am highly upset after my mobile order. I got home to find my sub mangled and squished in a paper bag. There was even cheese on top of my sub as seen in the picture? It looked like it was just slapped together and thrown in a bag with no care. I would not recommend mobile ordering.

There is a lady working there that has green hair (on the ends) that was very rude. My father in law asked for something to not be on his sub and she gave a rude come back.

I think they try to hire the rudest workers they possibly can at this location. Never been treated the way we were tonight by any other location. Maybe think about hiring new employees! Will never return to this location again. What’s the purpose of a drive thru window if you can’t pick up your mobile order thru the drive thru.
