Found a roach in my sandwich. Small but still foul. Beyond being completely unacceptable, this highlights serious concerns about food safety and quality control at this location. Unfortunately, they also will not answer the phone to address the issue. I’ve visited this location several times, and between the declining food quality, consistently slow service, and now a severe hygiene problem, it’s clear there are major gaps in quality assurance that need immediate attention.

Well wow…..
I went to this very empty subway at lunch time on a friday…. and it has to be the worst one in America.
I asked for flatbread…as the non caring employee says “OH I forgot we even had that” which showed when I got my sandwich and the flatbread was break apart stale. Id imagine that flatbread has been sitting there for quite a few weeks before I got to “enjoy” it.

The lettuce was orange. When I asked if they had other non rotten looking lettuce…he dug his hand down to the bottom of the orange lettuce and had the audacity to look me in the face and said “its fine”…..holding a handful of orange lettuce from the bottom of the rotten lettuce. So I skipped on the lettuce…..which is my favortie I normally get double of. I also skipped 3 other items that looked just as bad.

I should have left at that point…..but lack of time and hunger I didnt. I tried to piece together the ingredients that looked “ok”

Besides the fact that the cooler holding all the food had frost all over it from not running at the proper temperature.

Got my sandwich and was not surprised to find out it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten from a Subway….made by the most non caring human I’ve seen in a restaurant making food. I can only imagine the steps skipped and the food safety regulations passed at this place. It for sure shows in the food.
Subway promotes fresh food and even shows you the ingredients while they make the sandwiches…..so the fact this store shows you the rotten food, I doubt thats what Subway had in mind.

Save your stomach and money and starve if this is the place you’re choosing to eat at. You’ll thank yourself later.

Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment so I could turn around to return the sandwich that I had half picked apart and torn through trying to find something edible. Wasted a good amount of my time….Thanks Subway!!!

Stopped here for lunch and should have read the reviews before I stopped in.
The food was rotten and not edible. As I went to return it, which took me 20 mins, cause I had to get on the phone with the GM and explain why the food was rotten. The GM was rude and talked over me and tried to justify the rotten food…..as she wasn’t even there to see it for herself. She clearly is used to selling people rotten food to people on the daily.

There’s about 10 other places around this Subway that properly handle food that actually have good ratings. Save yourself the stomach ache and go to any one of those.

What a difference an employee can make! I left a dismal Subway a half hour ago due to poor service. See my previous review. I love Subway food so I stopped at the next one on my trip. Was greeted when I arrived by Brennan. He was very friendly and even asked how my day was going while he was preparing my sandwich. Food was great and was in and out quickly with a very positive experience. Kudos to Brennah. As a business owner, he is the type of person I look for in employees! Highly recommend this location.

Wanted us to waite 20 minutes to take our order becuase they were backed up with online orders. Reccomend taking care of your walk ins while you do the online orders. Good luck with this descision.

I have had terrible service at this location. But just went in and had above and beyond service by Sharelle (sp). I had my toddler who can be difficult in waiting situations and she interacted with him
To keep him entertained and special !!! I will be back to see her!

This place is just sad. Whoever is running it obviously has no idea how to do such a thing. Everything’s fine unless you have other people in there. For some reason there’s only 2 people working. They need at least 4. Usually high schoolers that don’t wanna be there but can’t be mad at that. I am writing this going on 45 minutes waiting for a mobile order because people just keep coming. If there’s more than 3 people in line when you walk in go ahead and do yourself a favor and turn around and walk out. Burrito shak is right down the way.

I came in here about 3pm to order one sub. I ordered the number 31 6 inch flat bread. He gave me a foot long. Second he had online orders backed up and had 2 people in front of me. He was by himself working. He said he has been there for a week. Why would you have someone brand new in the store working my himself on a weekend? It was terrible service and my footlong was skimpy. This needs to be fixed period. Terrible to run a business like that.

Cool little place, very clean. They have one of those fancy coca-cola mixing machines. We went during lunch and it was busy, but the line moved very fast. I was impressed. The two girls working were very in sync. Saw them get 8 sandwiches together in about 10 minutes.

Our server Ashley was very sweet and cheery, kept a good attitude even during the rush. She was honestly the best part about our visit.
