I’m all for helping out mentally challenged people with meaningful work, but they can’t be the only ones in the restaurant. My eggs came out of the toaster frozen and bacon uncooked. They were very nice but clearly not capable.

I went today to pick up a few subs for my family while we’re in town. The poor lady working there was the only employee working during the lunch shift. She was trying as best she could to help customers and fulfill online orders. She was very kind even though she was overwhelmed and this wasn’t fair to her. Some customers were blasting music from their phones and some boys who came in on their bikes were cussing and rude. You need to staff more than one employee during any shift, but especially during peak meal times.

We anchored our boat in municipal marina and walked to this Subway Saturday August 17 around 4:00. A young woman was working there alone. Although she was rushed, she was very pleasant and nice. The sandwiches that she prepared were great. I’m sorry that I didn’t get her name because she deserves credit.

Very clean and nice upgrades ! Staff was polite and friendly and the ultimate cheesesteak sub was fabulous !!! Manager had a little attitude but it’s cool !

I watched a customer go in to get a sub and they told him they were closed. This is terrible customer service especially at crunch time and not very honorable for and Officer to do should have offered the citizen to go ahead instead I am fellow public servant as well.
