Terrible experience at this Subway. They were out of several food items, the restaurant was noticeably dirty, and there were only two employees trying to handle everything. The line was long, and the wait time was frustrating. It didn’t feel clean or well-managed at all. Definitely not the kind of service or quality you expect when going out for a quick meal.

The employees are usually friendly, but occasionally not very friendly. Service can sometimes be quite slow, even when there are not many people there. It can get very busy here during lunch time and dinner with all of the college students. They handle the rush times fairly well, but again, can be very slow even when there are hardly any customers in line. Breakfast, in particular can be unreasonably slow.

Decent as subways go but I’ve had much better. Maybe it’s because they’re rushed to meet demand in a high volume store or they just don’t care quite as much. Still decent for a midday lunch or something.

Terrible experience. The new grub hub option is absolutely ridiculous. Doesn’t even accept food dollars just meal swipes. Asked for help from an employee and just got shrugged off. Campus dining is not worth it at uncw, nothing is ever open at decent times!!!
