Two teenagers running the place. One doesnt know how to work the register. Drink machine is broken but they didn’t tell us until we filled our cups with moldy ice and soda. Bottled drinks were flat and or soured (milk). I remember coming here and it was amazing. Now I will never come back. Management get it together.

Absolutely crappy service.
I ordered and selected curbside; pulled up to the delivery zone, marked that I had arrived on the app and waited. I saw a worker sweeping the floors and she looked up and saw me sitting out there waiting.
On the delivery sign it says to call the number when you arrive, so at that point I called. It rang and announced that a voice mailbox had not been set up for that number. As I went inside to get my order, I called the store to see if I could hear the phone ring. It did not ring, they had turned it off.
I asked the worker if they were not doing curbside for a specific reason. She informed me that she was ” not aware they were doing curbside at all,” so she put my order in the mobile pickup. She acknowledged that she saw the curbside sign outside, but since it came through as “mobile,” that’s why she put it in the mobile pickup order. Ignore the fact that CURBSIDE was written in bold and capitalized on the receipt.

Bottom line, if you don’t like the job, get another one. I’m astonished that an owner would let workers get away with this.

My experience wasn’t good. The guy was in there all by himself, taking care of customers and preparing online orders. The portion was less than normal. They need some help.

If you want to waste your money, get crap service and crap food then come here. They don’t answer the phone and employees are extremely rude. I wouldn’t come here seriously. They never have any ingredients and when they do it’s nasty. Imagine paying for a sub that has a drop of mayo, brick hard bread, two pieces of turkey and a pinch of lettuce. Just don’t do it. Go up the road to another location. This one ain’t it.

What’s the point in remodeling when you can’t answer the phone. Also every night I try to go on my lunch break I am informed that the person before me was the last customer going to be served because you are closing early ….funny cause the sign says 9pm not 7 or 730 or 8. Do you even know your associates are turning your money away? Get it together or put new hours of operation on your door!

HORRIBLE! The area where the food is held was open not closed, flys EVERYWHERE, touching EVERYTHING. There were two people dining inside of the restaurant meanwhile the employees were so busy talking in the back they did not even hear me enter the store. I waited for several minutes and said excuse me and still was never acknowledged or helped. When I go to subway I expect it to be a CLEAN environment, and generally the employees are very helpful. After this visit at this location I will not be returning to this subway.

Not a great experience here today. Everybody in our group had to repeat their order as the guy seemed too zoned out to remember what he heard 10 seconds previously, and the quantity of meat on each sandwich was massively different. The bread was thin and dry, which really made our sandwiches a total fail. Have had many good subs here, wondering what went wrong.
