I order double meat just to get the normal amount and I arrive just a couple minutes after the time the app says it should be ready for it to still not be made. I keep trying to give this location a chance and they disappoint without fail every single time.

Who ever that older lady was in there. She don’t do her job right. I tried to use my coupon and she told me it was for online only when the paper clearly stated it could be use in stores as well. She gave me a fake number whenever I asked for the manger number. Terrible. Laurinburg nc subway is not like this. She needs to be fired immediately!

This is the hourly Subway in the United States or North Carolina.That does not take coupons inside the store.Never heard of that before and the manager was very rude about it. Who was told that the only way I can use my Coupons online which is not correct.

Had lunch today at Subway in Red Springs NC… The sub was very good had the right amount of meat and was made exactly how I asked! The atmosphere was very peaceful. The employees were very friendly and nice. My overall experience was wonderful. I’m just very amazed at how good the employees work together… usually that’s not what you see in a restaurant.

Usually when I am out for estimates I always stop here as Red Springs’ my home town. Service is always on point and love the touchscreen drive thru as all need this feature. Regularly stop and pick up something and never disappointed.

There were at least 3 people working at the time of my visit. I pulled up at the drive thru at 11:57 am. 4/19/21. There was only 1 car ahead of me, 1 car in parking lot so maybe 2 guests inside. I ordered 1 foot long and 1 child’s sub. After 15 minutes waiting at the window a young man came to the window to ask me what i had ordered! ♀️they need to be better customer service. More people if 3 can’t do the job.

Came in to get a combo lunch today. Staff was okay. Staff were all wearing masks and gloves. Signs were posted everywhere about social distances and wearing masks…which I give them an A++. The young lady that made my meatball sandwich was attentive and polite. Place was clean, food was made fresh and wrapped neatly. I only gave them 4 stars because the staff didn’t seemed enthusiastic to be there, but that seems to be in every Subway. What’s up with that? Will come back and hopefully it’ll be better.

This is such an improvement over the old Subway in Red springs which was in the gas station. It’s within walking distance of a number of services including Auto repair so I like to have a sandwich there while I’m having my work vehicle serviced. It’s usually not too busy and folks are nice enough so you can sit there and read the news or a book while you’re eating. The ingredients are fresh and the food is decent enough although I’m not a fan of the soups or the bread in particular. It’s all a bit too sweet. If you’re on a diet or watching your weight they’ll convert a sandwich to a salad and they’re actually pretty good. Or you can go all out on a cheesesteak or steak sandwich. Recommended.

Drive thru is always closed. I go about once a week. The signs reads to pull up and order with a sandwich specialist. They will be glad to take your order. If anyone comes to the window at all they are not glad nor do they take your order. So maybe they are short of staff. Last week I walked in and there are no customers and there are 3 employees talking on the phone to someone about their work schedule. Today only one employee but no customers. But he did come to the window and say the drive thru is closed. I know there are on line orders sometimes but really! I am thankful for a fairly new Subway. Most of the time staff does a good job, I agree they aren’t to friendly. I always tips anyway because everybody needs a little extra. There are a lot of people who are not able to walk in and have to go to a drive thru. OWNERS fix the drive thur!
