I just left subway in pembroke inside of Walmart & when I tell u the service from Mr.Brandon was amazing. He is very respectful clean with everything he do, there was a line behind me and he never got upset or ill with anyone… He deserves to be the manager at that restaurant. When I go back I want him to tell me he got that job title as manager

UNDERSTAFFED! Today April 1st I placed a mobile order at approx 12:10 and it said it was supposed to be ready by 12:25

I came into the store obviously expecting to wait because I had just placed it but it was really busy inside. Waited my turn, told the man I had a mobile order, he was honest with me and told me it would be a little bit. Completely understandable, I’ve been there I’ve worked fast food and it does get busy. I waited for an ENTIRE HOUR. People just kept coming in and he kept taking care of them and at this point it’s been 40 minutes and I’m getting irritated. He hadn’t touched my order at all, just taking care of the customers that were in line. If I was in line I would have been served before the people behind me, but I guess having a mobile order means you have to wait for the store to be empty.

Sub was hot wanted it cold, took 45 minutes to make a BMT with banana peppers and pickles , still have no clue where the pickles are. Everyone was out of uniform, there was zero functionality. They seemed stressed out by there being 2 orders due. There isn’t even a possibility of a rush because of how ineffecient they are at making subs.

I just ordered an online order for a footlong. I bit into the second half of my sandwich and bit into a piece of plastic. This is not okay. They offered to remake it but obviously I wouldn’t want to eat anything else. No refund was offered. I got a “sorry for your inconvenience “.

We went in at a pretty empty time of the day. Ordered our food and everything went great until time for payment. We go to pay and it declines, 2 times. Not from our end tho the manager said it was “all red” on their end. So they have us go get cash to come back and pay. Ok fine whatever. But when asked if it’s possible to purchase the happy Gilmore cup the manager gave me a sneer and said purchase a meal and it’s a $1 more. After all the trouble we went through you’d think the least they could do would be to offer the cup lol…free of charge but here I was offering to still pay for it.

There’s nothing to brag about at all! The associates are all teenagers, and every time I go in, they’re talking and chatting amongst themselves, and it takes them forever it seems to take your order and make your sandwich. Often you have to repeat yourself on bread choice and to heat your bread and cheese! Overall I give them about a 2 for customer service and that’s being overly generous!

Went in and ordered a ham and turkey sub. Everything was ok till it was time to get the veggies on my sub. The older blonde haired woman in there poked around with a knife in my sandwich and asked the woman who made it if it was double meat. When she was told no she looked doubtful about what she was told. She wanted to charge extra for something that I did not get. So watch for her she.
She really needs to be let go from that job.

Ashley stated that they charge for extra bellpeppers. Giving only 6 pieces does not look like the picture. And she busted out saying you got enough for 3 sandwiches. I didn’t get any other vegetable. I did however watched how she gave another customer after me more. But when did Subway charge double? Plus I couldn’t get a drink the machine was down. I would have been happier if she wasn’t nasty and clap back that since my manager has been here we’ve always charged double for extra vegies. If that’s was the case then the last time I was here ordering the same she said well I am going to start charging double. I believe going out of town for Subway is best from now on. Oh, they said verbatim that they close at 10pm

If you want to eat hear/order online, don’t even bother. They’re probably closed.

Several times this week I’ve tried coming in and they’re closed way before their stated closed time. Even today, on a Saturday at 1PM in the afternoon, they’re closed. If you order online and try to cancel since they’re closed, you’re not able to. Subway policy states refunds must be made at the store but they’re always closed so you can’t get a refund.

Don’t even try. It’s not worth dealing with this store.
