I just ordered an online order for a footlong. I bit into the second half of my sandwich and bit into a piece of plastic. This is not okay. They offered to remake it but obviously I wouldn’t want to eat anything else. No refund was offered. I got a “sorry for your inconvenience “.

Placed a mobile order at around 5-6, with it saying it would be ready by 6:25 and had to wait an extra 30 mins— Only for the order to be a mixup! Came home and realized it wasn’t my order, called the store twice (no pickup the first time) and after someone picked up, they just told me it was a mixup with no solution to fix it. I tried calling back to see what I could do, but no one was answering. So, I drove back up there and asked if I could have my food, to which I have to wait AGAIN for a crazy amount of time. (Still waiting.) It’s not busy, mind you. (When I came back, only one person was ordering.) Usually SubWay in this location is on top of it. I don’t know what’s going on. But this is outrageous.

This subway never has anything. Tonight I wanted a wrap and they said they were frozen and were not going to take any more wraps out. They are going to be open for another 3 hrs! How in the world is this place still open? Just go to Laurinburg or lumberton. This is not it. Also the young worker had her ear buds in and did not even care I was in there. It took forever and a day to get her attention.

Ashley stated that they charge for extra bellpeppers. Giving only 6 pieces does not look like the picture. And she busted out saying you got enough for 3 sandwiches. I didn’t get any other vegetable. I did however watched how she gave another customer after me more. But when did Subway charge double? Plus I couldn’t get a drink the machine was down. I would have been happier if she wasn’t nasty and clap back that since my manager has been here we’ve always charged double for extra vegies. If that’s was the case then the last time I was here ordering the same she said well I am going to start charging double. I believe going out of town for Subway is best from now on. Oh, they said verbatim that they close at 10pm

Ordered a sub and a salad online, went into the store to pick it up when I received notification that it had been made just to get there and the store be CLOSED. When I asked around I came to find out the store had been closed for OVER AN HOUR. Make that make sense ..? Incredibly disgusted and dissatisfied.
