Dishonest….. the food was fine but when I was rang up she said the total was 27. When I went to swipe my card the total changed to 35…. I asked her about it and she said “oh hold on” the screen refreshed back to the original amount with the option to tip….. I did tip 20% and it took it back to 35…… I give people the benefit of the doubt so I thought it could have been an honest mistake….. then I watched her do the same thing to the next 3 people in line…

Every time I go in they never have bread , lettuce was not fresh , pickles looked like they had been there since this morning , and didn’t have no sweet onion sauce . First time was acceptable , but to have it happen repeatedly is unacceptable.

Worst customer services and disrespectful employees! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a subway and any restaurant at that. McDonald’s even does better! I ordered a CURBSIDE order today and waited over 15 minutes for it not to even be brought out, I understood they were busy so I simply went inside and told the lady “I understand y’all are busy I had a curbside order for (my name) she pointed to the pickup rack. Not sure why it was there in the first place when I did curbside but I said thank you, got it and walked back to my car to realize they gave the wrong chips so I went in and got the ones I wanted and when I got back to my car I checked my sandwich to find RAW and uncooked bacon on my sandwich. I went inside asked for a remake or just a simply refund. I was told it was my fault because I didn’t get the sandwich toasted and that they don’t cook the bacon unless you want the whole sandwich toasted, I worked at subway for over a year and know for a fact that is not true. Your not even suppose to eat RAW bacon in the first place. She was just too lazy to give me a remake and she would not give me a refund and threw my food in the trash! I’ve already emailed corporate and I will be calling the health department!

I went in today to get subs. Maria the assistant manager, Aaliyah cashier and another girl black not much taller than Maria with long braids and eyelashes. Her named rymed with mya.. Maria started fixing my subs and then the girl with lashes and braids was finishing them. Well she stopped mid me telling her what I wanted and turned around to talk to the other girl. I said excuse me. When she turned around she had an attitude and I asked was something wrong. She rudely said anything else! While rolling her eyes. I then asked if there was a manager and told her I dnt want her finishing my sandwich. She looked at me with a smirk and I repeated it. She then walked to the other end while saying I dnt car and I dnt care who you call. I spoke with manager but doubt anything is done. That girl was disrespectful and not customer service friendly at all. Plus yhe store was full of flies… if you want great customer service with a smile do not go to Subway in the Handy Mart in Mt olive nc
