Worst experience ever in a subway! My daughter 11 years old ask for a bathroom before I entered the place and one of the ladies just told her if she wasn’t going to buy anything in the store she couldn’t use the bathroom! I was! But after I heard her telling that to my little one I felt so disappointed ! How sad! The lady not even greeted her!!!! Who would like to buy anything there after such experience????? I just asked her why! She just tell me same! In a very rude way! Other customers were there! That’s not the way customers, should be treated!!!!! she treated my daughter without consideration!!!! Never go there!!!! If I could I would give them NO stars!

Nancy was manager 6-16-2023. Very rude, over charged, didn’t make my order correct either, then didn’t give my money back. Yelled at me in store which made 2 other girls hide. Check cameras manager, theft happening. Put report in and awaiting call for my money back. Strongly do not recommend this place. Poor staff, poor management, and theft going on. Do better!

The food here was on par with any other subway i’ve been to. Nothing special but good food. What makes this establishment different is the customer service, the employees were very nice, they asked where we were from and where we were going. They had a free candy jar to give a piece to anyone who purchased a sub. 5 stars! 🙂

Manager is very rude and hateful. Stopped in at 8:30pm to get a steak sub refused to bring any steak out. Closes before time that is posted as closing time. Manager stated she don’t make enough to be there that late at night. She even hung up on one customer and said the customer was stupid that called. Do not go to this business.

Usually subways are pretty slack but not this one. The service was great, the employees were super nice, fast and dare I say perfectionist. The sub I ordered came out great. I mean my experience short as it was (I only went in to get a sub to go) was good enough to leave a review.

Terrible customer service! The old woman that was working in there was and is the worst. I witnessed this woman throw lettuce back into the container without any gloves on. She did it twice. So many signs up, can’t use the restroom to wash your hands. When I asked for olives and said extra, she said she would have to charge me for extra olives, no other place has charged me for extra veggies. That place is wack!!
