Tried ordering though the app sent to the wrong location so I called and ask if they can void the transaction but they said no so now I have no sandwich and lost short $10. Personally I work in fast food and when someone calls about having order sent to the wrong location we call the other store to make it for them no charge. I think that’s what they should’ve done instead of just taking my money

I am severely disappointed. First of all the employees act as if they don’t want to be there and could care less about customer satisfaction! I ordered the club sandwich but was missing roast beef and when I asked about it the employee shrugged it off and only said they didn’t have any….hellloooo you are 20 feet from a deli that carries roast beef…feel like they could have gone and got some from the Walmart deli to fill the order correctly. Also, I asked for less mayo and less mustard, but upon unwrapping the sandwich it was drenched in both…I had to throw away the bread and wipe off the excess and put it on loaf bread to just eat it…..will not be visiting this subway again! I would rather drive a few miles out of my way and get my order correct than to put up with the hassle!

This place is not good. We got there and they looked like they didn’t know what they were doing, coming from on ex subway employee this was bad to watch, we went in to get 3 footlongs, their toaster wasn’t working and couldn’t toast bread, couldn’t even melt any cheese, they didn’t have any buffalo sauce and complained that we had a coupon, this place was awful and it made all of our stomachs hurt after.

This subway is disgusting with disgusting attitudes to go with it. The bread was not done and the young ladies in there put bare minimum toppings on my 4 sandwiches I ordered. The last straw was when I told the young girl there was a dead fly in the onions she grabbed it with the glove she was making my sandwiches with and continued to prepare food with the same gloves, I know they can’t control the fly issue but at least change ur gloves. This subway will soon shut down if you keep these rude,lazy workers there.

I was just here today with my brother this morning and I ordered a sub for both me and him. The lady making our subs accidentally put the same meat on both subs after I told her I wanted turkey. She took all the ham off and put it back in the container. Then, when I said I wanted “mayo” she thought I said “tomatoes” and I told her I didn’t want tomatoes and she took this off and put those back in the container, too.
She was wearing gloves and everything, I just found this a bit odd.

The guy working the night of 06OCT2024 was more interested in trying to entertain some girl that came in AFTER me and wasn’t getting food than making my sub correctly, he Completely messed up my sub and wasn’t listening when I tried to give to give a name for the order.

Terrible service and gave me someone else’s food!! They would not honor Subway coupons!!! If you can’t honor Subway coupons you do jot need to have Subway as your name!!!
