The employees were sitting when we entered…the store was dirty, the food ban was no stocked, portion size was not controlled or consistent. Employee was nice but didn’t know the menu and was out of a few different products. This is not the first time it’s been like this

I used to go here once a week with work colleagues and the management was great, ingredients were fresh, and the building was clean. Things have really fell to the wayside. I almost walked out but decided to only top my sandwich with what looked halfway fresh. Staff had no clue about anything. Didn’t know what a wrap was and tried to make me a flatbread twice. Maybe they were new. The inexcusable thing is they he ingredients overall were not fresh and the cleanliness. I hate to be one to complain but I will sing your praises if you do a good job and take care of your keep a clean work area. Person cutting meat with no gloves and I left a great picture of the glass barrier over the ingredients. Wonder how long since they’ve cleaned it. Might check back in a few months to see if things have improved any but for now. Don’t recommend.

This subway just keeps getting worse every time I visit. This is our last time visiting this subway. The food is awful. The female employees looks miserable and can’t fix a simple sandwich. The bread is always as hard as a brick and it cut my lip. The two teenage boys are awesome and always to do an amazing job. This subway needs to try again and do better.

I have lived in Carthage for over 12 years,so I’ve been to the subway quite a bit, but not very often. I’ve also had quite a bit of racial discrimination encounters,throughout my life,but this one hit different. It hit different because one of the employees looked just like me. I am a very patient and understanding person,but I also pay very close attention to what’s going on around or in front of me. It was during lunch time ,so they were very busy. I still decided to wait patiently for my turn,but when it was my turn,I was skipped over for several minutes,while the customers behind me request was answered. I wanted to walk out,but I really wanted a sandwich. So I stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting on my sub. I am a fan of subway way,but not of discrimination. I could go into further details,but I rather not. The sandwich was good ,but the service was horrible.

I ordered on the app and I arrived at the place twenty minutes after ordering. They asked, “Did you order?… Oh, do you still want your order?” It was an order of five sandwiches and a salad. They got all of them WRONG. $45 worth of sandwiches wrong. Then we went back and had them remake them. They remade them, but they were soggy and were just awful. The employees were lazy, one of them was high, and there was a friend of theirs just hanging out at one the tables, with stuff all over the table.

Food is normally pretty fresh and good. Staff prefers to talk to each other than focus on customers at this location. Has happened repeatedly, tried online order, they totally ignored every request like no sauce on pizza sub.

The female employee is the only reason this place even made the review. I would have given it negative stars. The bread was stale, the oil and vinegar didn’t taste right and the price? What in the world is going on with subway? 1 double meat footling, 2 drinks and 2 chips cost $17 and change. Freaking laughable at best. Will be the last time I waste my money at a subway. Sorry subway but you are far from a trendy deli.

Would give this place a zero if I could. Will absolutely never go back. I will never understand how you can mess up an online order when it gives you basic instructions as to what goes on a sandwich. Not to mention the rude unwelcome attitude you get when you walk in. The bread is burnt and I’m missing ingredients.

Great Subway location! Staff is super friendly and the place is spotless. Tried the new ciabatta sandwiches and they were delicious. Their refreshing fruit drink selection was yummy as well.
