This subway is always so pleasant. A girl named Elizabeth made my sandwich( an Italian bmt) and she was super nice and friendly. My sandwich was delicious and I will be returning to this location from now on when I want subway.

The pizza was very salty. I ordered a fountain drink but was asked if I would like a bottle instead because my drink choice in the fountain was not available. I accepted the bottle but it was flat and tasted old. The expiration date was also impossible to see and looked scratched off or melted. The people were nice though.

HATE IT HERE !!!! When we
Pulled up to the window, IT Was instant attitude from the workers. Everything we said seem like a problem to them. When handing them our card , they snatched it , giving it back They shoved it in my hand , I asked for 2 simple sandwiches And they couldn’t even get that right, and upon getting home I opened up the sandwiches for me and my wife … we got 2 Philly cheese steaks, one with Mayonnaise onion and cheese , The other one with spinach, onion , banana peppers, and cucumber niether was correct …. I was very angry so I called and asked for a manager. Magically the women who answered said speaking, and so I told her about my incorrect order. Upon hearing my complaints she proceeded to argue with me telling me that upon watching the cameras that they made my sandwiches correctly. I see no spinach, no cheese, no mayo, and I took pictures….Lol… Also next time be clear when I tell you I’m not coming back, argue with me saying you can come back I’ll remake one of them, and I said no I don’t want nothing free, I’m letting you know your employees don’t listen, don’t understand the difference between lettuce and spinach, and lurch at the window got me bent thinking it’s ok to snatch things from peoples hands. Not worth my gas to go back

Quite literally the first ever Subway I’ve seen with a drive-thru! I’m sure there’s a lot more of them, but this was new for me!

That said, it might surprise you to know that I did not actually use the drive-thru, and I went inside. It was pretty late at night, so I had the whole place to myself!

The service and food were wonderful! They even had the new footlong pretzel item, after a few unsuccessful attempts to find this at other locations!

The lady making my food was kind but another woman seemed to have an attitude. The woman with th attitude wouldn’t let me redeem my fourth sub free and rolled her eyes when I asked why. I don’t believe I will be returning anytime soon.

The woman with the brown hair is only one I prefer to deal with. As far as the other ones, they should try using gloves. that goes for sandwiches and when you’re touching someone’s cups and such. also basic customer service such as greeting someone when they pull up to the window rather than just sticking your arm out and then closing it when you’re finished, will go a long way.

Yesterday was my first time coming to this location. We placed our order through the drive thru. I was pleasantly surprised by the touchscreen order system. It made it so much easier to place my order and I didn’t have to say a word. We ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and the chicken bacon ranch along with chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies.
Vinay (I hope I spelled it right) was very nice and friendly and he helped us to get one item that was missing.
The bread and toppings were fresh. The cookies were soft and chewy. I would recommend coming here. We will come back.

This has alway been my favorite subway in town for the last 5 years because of the drive through touch screen. Recently, the last 4 times (within last 2 months) I’ve came here I ordered and paid for extra or double meat on different types of footlongs. I got 4 slices of pepperoni on a pizza sub each side, chicken strip was not even other locations regular portion, and spicy Italian was also pathetic. Every time? On four different sandwiches? Yeah I dont know what theyre teaching the workers now but they’ve officially lost a customer. If in Fayetteville, go to Zorbas! Subs are HUGE, actually fresh, and actually fill you up while costing less than a subway footlong (other chains like Jersey Mike’s, Schlotzkys, Publix, Jimmy John’s, and even Firehouse are better anyways now)

Would give 0 if it was an option I ordered a blt and there was 2 slices of thin bacon. Every time I got to this subway they disappoint.

Disgusting!

Disgusting. Ordered two Philly Steak sandwiches with green peppers, red onions, provolone, and Mayo. What I got was cold hoagie rolls with maybe two slices of steak, four or five paper thin slivers of green pepper, and no visible signs of onion or Mayo. (See photo attached). I did not bother to call in a complaint. From experience I know the only thing you get is an insincere “thank you for letting us know” and goodbye.

Sanitation…no one likes to admit/think about roaches, but fast food gas them. Roaches LOVE paper bags. This location does not wrap your sandwich, they just dump it in a brown paper bag. Think about it.

Can’t see any way of selecting a different store, because I would. There is another store on Raeford Rd. Would love to give them a shot. So far, favorite location is on Bragg Blvd.

If I could give them less than one star, I would.
