I order because I had a coupon which was literally got a chicken and jalapeno sub. And let me tell you it was most disgusting slop I ever tasted. I literally had them remake it because it was drenched it soggy mush ask for no cheese sauce and they still put it on it .This is the first and last time I would ever eat subway period.

It’s fine, fyi double meat at this store for tuna is 6 scoops or what a deluxe is and they are adamant it is. Double meat is DOUBLE. Normal is 4 scoops so double should be 8. Never going there again.

I have been to this location several times. There is one employee, who I suspect may be the owner, that will never give me enough vegetables and tells me that there is a charge for extra. The “extra” is asking for more than FOUR pickles on my footlong sandwich. She has informed me that it is up to the individual franchise owner. This seems like a great way to have lots of upset guests. I am not typically one to make complaints but this I ridiculous and needs to be addressed. I cannot find any type of phone number or email to contact the owner of this franchise or the corporate customer service. There is no signage or notices alerting guests to this extra charge. If this is different across different franchises, then there should be a requirement to communicate the policy to the guests before they begin ordering. Most of the employees at this location are very kind professional, but this employee is quite rude in general and I have also seen her be rude to other employees. I would like to get in contact with the manager or franchise owner to determine whether she is even telling the truth.

The staff was nice and polite but it’s very clear the franchise owner does not want to invest in the business. There was no central air/air circulation in the restaurant which has got to be some sort of fire hazard with the ovens in there. I feel bad for the staff. I’ve worked for a franchise owner before and the quality always suffers going from corporate.

This is the best subway location in clt only because of the lady with the teal ring! Shes so sweet, she cares when she makes your food and does it how you ask, when you have small but weird requests most locations will just say no but she made our food exactly how we would have when we used to work at subway. We have several subways closer to us but we continue to go to this one because of her.

What an absolute joke that can be a “Subway” and just decide not to accept subway paper coupons. I walked into this Subway; as I did 2 others in the area and I was immediately greeted by the fact that oh we don’t take coupons. So like… you just expect that people are gonna still order? Nah. This is ridiculous. This manager should just throw food away if taking coupons loses them money because that makes no sense either.

I placed an order for a footlong sub at this location. Before placing my order i notified the server that I was using a coupon. When I went to pay for my order the coupon would not scan, not allowing the discount. The cashier asked for help from the gentleman that was preparing someone else’s sub. He asked her to check the expiration date, which was valid. He then stated that this same problem occurred three times before with the coupons. The cashier then asked should she call the manager. He replied yes, as she looked for the number and more customers were coming in the store I told her I would pay the full price, so other customers didn’t have to wait, but I need to speak to the manager on the next day about redeeming my discount. I called the next day and the assistant manager told an employee to take my name and number and she would call me back. It has been four days now and I haven’t heard from the assistant manager nor the manager considering my order. I am very disappointed with the service from Subway.

Ordered 3 subs and had a coupon for 3 subs for $17.99 plus tax. When got ready to pay cashier stated”we don’t accept coupons at this location” I asked why not? ” My manager said we couldn’t ” And I stated that it was ridiculous! So don’t go to this location anymore if you have coupons!
