Let me start off by saying that it took them 25 minutes after placing my order to make 4 subs ( if that’s what you want to call it)
Secondly, for $52 .00 I should have gotten a sandwich with something on it . I recieved 4 small pieces of meat on each cut half a tiny little bit of lettuce and 2 small end priced of tomato .
This is terrible and disgusting and I would never recommend anyone eat at this subway.

Took my son to this location.
It’s posted that they close at 10pm.
We pulled into parking spot at 9:40.
My son got out of the car, took 2 steps, then a employee hurried as fast as she could to get to the door and lock it before he could reach the sidewalk. Lol
This is the worst Subway in Cleveland county.
I wish they close an something good would move in.

Hubby and I have been coming here every week for over a year. The manager is awesome, and she trains her people well.
Everyone is friendly and efficient.
We had tried ones that are closer to where we live, but none compare. We actually drive right past one to get to this one.
We are solid repeat customers for sure!
One review from 3 months ago said they got bad service. At that time she had lost employees and was training new people. The new hirees have come along way and the service is as great as ever.

Posting this review as it is Subway’s issue and the management for customer issues. I bit into something awful last night and didn’t finish a footlong sub. I inquired about another half a sub to replace the half I wouldn’t eat. No one attempted to fix my issue and the next day no one even knew I had called. I’m letting it go, but this is the last time I willingly pay money for Subway and whatever hard object I bit into.

Second time I’ve placed an app order and got a call that they didn’t have chicken or ham to fill my order/ the first time they refunded right away. This last time they not only did not refund but also said I picked it up in the app when I didn’t. Called a few days later and still did not take it off my card. Had to dispute it with my bank and wait weeks to get my refund.

I’m a regular customer at this Subway. Service used to be wonderful. Here lately the staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing and most of the time they are out of a lot of ingredients! Picked up my salad tonight, only to realize I had no dressing. Called the store to let let them know and even tho it was closing time, could’ve been told we will replace at a later date. Only to be told there was nothing they could do for me with an attitude. So, I guess I lost $8 and they lost a loyal customer.

Is every restaurant in Boiling Springs, NC incompetent? As a former service employee with a 4.5 star rating and more repeat customers than most of the managers whom employed me, I try not to be too critical. I am well aware of the pressure behind the counter, grill, and service floor. Yet, seems no one cares enough to attempt to listen to their customers. Heaven forbid you have to call them when your order is messed up. Not only did my Melt come back with absolutely no meat what so ever, which is sad given I know the lingo. Wrote it exactly as you would taking an order by phone in their terms, but upon calling to question the order. I get some short rude attitude from the employee. This isn’t the first time either. I can understand once, but every single time? Seriously?!?! I do not recommend subway in boiling springs to anyone unless you need to be irritated
