I work in the mall and almost every employee at this location knows my order by heart. It’s very impressive. They just see me walk in and immediately start making my sub. So I always try to tip due to this. Thanks girls for always doing such a good job!! My Buffalo chicken sub is always amazing!

2 young kids working one was doing most work while other girl talked to other people and was giving away free food to family or friends meanwhile we was over charged. The girl was to busy talking and kept asking me to repeat what we wanted.. sat down to eat and the girl brings another person behind register and then gave her a jacket and food.. I worried some what about the food and the fact that one girl had her phone out and kept walking in and out to talk. Then while eating the girl and her friends were standing right beside the table we are eating at and begin talking more and talking about my kids food while we are right beside them trying to enjoy our food which we could not at all! She was rude and kept rushing us while ordering My son got the pepperoni pizza and ended up getting food poisoning from it. Will never eat there again!

Went to the subway inside of the Cleveland county mall in Shelby NC yesterday w/ my daughter, ordered a foot long meatball marinara on Italian herb & cheese bread,added lettuce, onions,cheese,mayo, southwest chipotle & sweet onion sauce & got it toasted… simply delicious.but I had to keep telling one of the subway worker’s to stop coming over by the food because he had just cut his finger in the back while working & the blood was making my daughter nauseous when he kept showing us & asking does it look bad? I told him yes! Go wash your hands, put a band aid on & wear gloves while dealing w/ food. I also had to get my bread(Italian herb & cheese) switched out because while the lady was warming up my meatballs gnats were swarming on the bread. This was the first time we’ve experienced a problem here.

I am from around Greenville, NC they I am used to the way they do it. After they are done putting vegetables on it they ask what do you want as in mayonnaise or anything like that I was expecting the employee to ask me that question but the employee did not he just started wrapping it up, the employee was way too fast.
