Bought a large cup for tea, got my cup and they No longer had sweet tea. Money wasted, went in the trash can enemy.
No more sweet tea, love their tea.
No more sweet Onion Sauce like it use to be. I guess I won’t be back, I really like the subway.

This is a photo of my not-toasted sub. It was so burnt i couldnt eat it. The bottom was hard as a rock. I assume the bread was burnt when cooking it. Two subs were like this we ordered. Not edible. We ordered on the app so it was wrapped when we picked it up.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken foot long sub during subways $6.99 any foot long deal, I barely got any chicken on there. Mostly bread. The ladies working there were not helpful. I was not greeted when I came in but the other lady who came in behind me was. I was not acknowledged for at least two minutes. One lady looked at me, then went to check the bread (?) and then walked away out of sight. I don’t recommend this place.

I purchased 4 subs online when I got to the store at the time for pickup my sandwiches were not even started. So she started working on them. Never once apologized for the wait and proceeded to fix a lady that came in after me food before doing mine. Even offered her cookies for her wait which she didn’t have a wait but not once even offered me a cup of water. I got gone an upon opening the sandwiches I noticed that everything sandwich was heavily saturated with oil. It looked like she poured the entire bottle of oil on every sandwich one sandwich had ranch and there was an entire bottle on that one. I called and asked for the mgr and was told she would be in the next morning. I took pics of the food and trashed them. Spent $30 and could not eat not one sandwich. They were all inedible. I spoke with the mgr the next morning she told me I needed to bring in half the sandwich in order to be made over at this point I need my money back. She informed me she would call the district mgr and give me a call back shortly. 24 hours later still no return call. This is unacceptable

Normally I’d have to give this locale a solid 2. Not for the service or bad food, more so for the lack of service. The place was a ghost town. Scenario…

When we walked inside, there was a gentleman standing in line. At the time a SINGLE employee was making four footlongs. He was scrambling back and forth between the oven and the cold-cuts bar. After he was done he placed the sandwiches in a bag, washed his hands, turned around and then apologizes. He proceeds to ask the gentleman who was waiting in line for his order.

As it turns out he was the only one working , and the 4 subs he had just made were online orders. Smh The employee then proceeded to make the guys sub, my daughters salad, hand off the previous 4 subs to door dash, and take the lady’s order behind us. He did it all with a smile. We talked for a bit while he made my daughter’s salad. He never said a bad thing. Shoot I complained for him!

I wish I could have gotten his name. Big ups my guy! I would have closed the store and gone home. So these five stars are for you! I wish I could have done more.

I placed an order for a $59.99 sandwich tray several days ago for an event I was hosting. I did not receive a tray. I received five sandwiches wrapped up inside of a cardboard box. I assumed the tray was within the cardboard box. I also had to ask for mayonnaise mustard, oil and vinegar. Due to their ineptness, I had to scramble to find a tray and cut the sandwiches myself. This was not a pleasant experience because I am from out of town and was depending on them to be reliable. It would have been better to have canceled the order instead of coming up with the excuse of running out of trays. I could have purchased five wrapped sandwiches myself for half of $59.99. EZ Caterer refunded the tray.

The young lady with pink hair was very rude. I come often and the only thing I request is crunchy bacon. I told her three times. She said she had it. I then repeated absolutely no white. She said ok. Are you having it toasted. I replied yes. She said ok. Then when it came out it was not crispy and all the fat was showing. I asked her to please make it crispy. She then said to the other lady that I did not ask for it that way. I asked the other lady what did she say? She said oh nothing. I then stated that I asked 3 times for crispy bacon and followed up with no white. I stated that I’m really picky about the bacon. The young lady preceeded giving me a dirty look and the other lady took over. This same girl did this the last time I was in. All over the bacon. Actually there was a medical emergency after I checked in. I didn’t make a complaint then because I was hoping it was an isolated event. I let her know how cody did my bacon. Also that Christy always did a great job. If I could contact Christy, I would. The other lady was quite lovely

The ladies there Catherine and Riley are more worried about spending time in the “bathroom” then making quality sandwiches that we pay for with our hard earned money. I got home and my food was ice cold yet again and the ladies in the restaurant cussed me out and called the police rather than give me a refund or remake my food. I got the refund and Catherine sneakily waited to have me banned. All I could do is laugh. This use to be my favorite location but obviously “bathroom” time is more important to them then making quality food for us the consumers. Very sad.
