Have ordered food from here twice. First time half of the food was missing and the food that did arrive had issues. Second time was basically the same. Food arrived with almost everything missing from it and some things didn’t even arrive. My sandwich had none of the 4 veggies i put on it, no sauce, no oil & vinegar and no salt and pepper. I also ordered it as a wrap and it came as a sandwich. On this sandwich was just meat and cheese. It was also toasted which I did not ask for. The rest of my family’s food had a bunch of issues as well. Not great. I wouldn’t order from here again.

This Subway is a horrible mess. The ladies working here usually do okay, but the male staff are smart alecks with poor attitudes. October of 2025, I order a sub and request jalapeños. The male worker slams down about six ounces of jalapeños on the footlong. I thought it was a fluke. Joke was on him, I took it home and bagged the excess vegetables and ate them for days.
Went by the other evening, January of 2026. Male worker put on a ludicrously excessive amount of vegetables. I was indifferent. I had ordered it online and my request was in front of him in print. He asks do you want the sauce that comes on the sub and I replied yes. He wraps the sub in an instant with none of the sauce I just said yes to wanting. Fine, whatever. I sat down and ate the sub there. The radio was playing rap when I came in. No problem with that. After I sat down, the radio was changed to almost nothing but loud, crackling static for the full duration of my meal. Went to wash my hands and the men’s bathroom was broken and out of order.
What the heck is wrong with these people? Good people used to work here consistently and now we have these malicious clowns instead.

I ordered my tuna sandwich just as I always do but today this is the sandwich I got. Truly just the most lazy people these days. This is just tuna not mixed with mayo just tuna yall need to do better

Ordered three sandwiches, a wrap, a Gatorade, and a footlong cookie. Didn’t receive the cookie, one sandwich was correct, and the wrap was a sandwich with no actual toppings on it as it was paid for. It’s not difficult to take a little effort to do your job correctly. I work hard for my money for it to be wasted on incorrect and missing items? Nah, last time. It’s absurd to not even get one thing correct on three out of six items.

So, so sad that this location has went completely downhill. I’ve been eating from this location for 15+ years and it was always delicious, fast, and the staff was friendly. My last 4 online orders have all been wrong or simply made with no care. I’ve attempted to order the flatbread pizzas twice now, the first time i got cold flatbreads wrapped with the toppings inside, no cheese or sauce. I assumed that whoever made them simply didn’t know how and tried again today to be told I have to specifically add cheese and marinara online although it states they come with both and there is no option to add either. What I ended up getting was a greasy wrap and one with just hot veggies and cheese, both rolled up and wrapped like a sandwich. I truly don’t understand how or why they would include menu options that apparently no one can or is willing to make correctly. I stopped getting their sandwiches after my last two were made on stale bread toasted to a crisp, not only that but the veggie portions were abysmal. The sandwiches legitimately looked naked even with multiple veggies. At this point my meals from this subway have went from hit or miss to a total bust.

We usually come here and have a pleasant experience. Not today, 10/14/at 4:00pm We received our mobile order and it was incorrect. When asking the worker to remake it, he made someone else in the back do it and said that he was being “cussed out” by us. No sir, you were asked to do your job that you failed to do the first time, what he didn’t fail to do the first time however was SLATHER my sandwich in pepper. Disappointing, rude, employee he is. The employee who REMADE the sandwich though, Josh, was very helpful, polite as possible and the sandwich from them was wonderful! 10/10 for them.

Great establishment, I like the friendliness and the care the employees use to prepare my sandwiches, they don’t slap the items on. I also like the affordability of the deals available. I especially like that fellow, Albert. He makes you feel like he has known you all his life. Very nice manager too.

They said they don’t take coupons anymore! So the stuff you get in the mail don’t bring to this store! I will never be back to the store. The new mower who ever it is isn’t doing a good job. Service was terrible both employees in the back on the phone! Had to wait 40 mins for 3 foot long subs. Terrible do not stop at this store!
