I visited a Subway location for dinner and was assisted by an employee named Ethan. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Throughout the interaction, Ethan was rude and passive-aggressive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
His tone and attitude did not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service I expect from Subway. I believe this behavior falls short of Subway’s customer service standards, and it negatively impacted what should have been a simple and pleasant dining experience.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions and ensures a more positive experience for others.

I called two minutes after I placed my order because it didn’t give me an option online to have my sandwich toasted, and when I called to have them toast, my sandwich I was told it was already made, and they refused to make my order the way I wanted it and my order wasn’t supposed to be ready for 15 minutes! The workers are more concerned about being on their phones and smoking cigarettes outside than the customers and what they want!

This subway location is a 10/10, the food is amazing, the service is spectacular and I had a great time, it was the best sub I’ve ever had in my life, and I had a good experience with Caden who was a respectful worker who even asked how my day was.

When my order was not delivered and I called about it the employee was rude and without giving me an answer he hung up then when I called back and tried to get my order canceled and asked if I would get my refund he hung up with no response

I ordered from here through uber eats and was extremely disappointed when I finally got my order and sat down to eat to find both mine and my husband’s sandwiches not even close to what we ordered. Neither one was toasted even though we put in to have them toasted. One doesn’t even have any meat on it and they look like who ever made them literally just through what ever they wanted and had on it.

My experience here was great. All the people on here whining about this place closing at 9:30 have apparently never been told they needed to stay late at work, after they were supposed to be off, to do additional work. I hope the employees keep it up! If your shift is supposed to be over at 9:30, make it over at 9:30. Customers will learn to quit getting there at the last minute.

I met Caden today , employee in this Subway . Had to share this because it has been so long since I truely met a person that has excellent customer service. I told him I stopped coming here when they stopped the flatbread. Now I will be back and hope You recognize him. He is a keeper for your business. Thank you Caden Never change your style. I ordered food online(doordash) and never had received it.(Dasher stole it) I contacted the employees of subway and they more than were accommodating and made everything right. The people working were all friendly, Made the food well, and went far and beyond. Definitely the best subways I’ve been to.
