I ordered online because that’s the only way the store was taking orders. When I got there to pick it up there was no tuna so my dad had to order something else, he ordered steak on wheat and I got steak on white. Both of us ordered steak not toasted the way I Always order it. I don’t like my bread toasted. They gave them to us cold. I mean fresh out of the refrigerator Cold. Now I know Subway’s steak sandwich comes warm even if you don’t get it toasted like I said I order them all the time. Lastly, I paid extra for extra steak on my sub and I did not get it. This was not a good experience at all!

I ordered a meatball sub. At first there was very little sauce and they were pretty skimpy on the meatballs. I asked for it toasted and it was barely, if at all toasted. The gentleman that waited on me was nice though.

Folks working there are great! Very polite and they got my order right.
The ice in the drink machine was not working so I had to get ice at the attached gas station, no problem. The DrPepper at the subway drink fountain was dead.

Decided to get a sub for the first time from here and needless to say I spent $10 on a meal with a sub that I tasted more bread than meat. I’ve never been to a subway that didn’t give you meat hardly-who wants just bread!? Especially for $10! I definitely won’t be back to that location because it was terrible. There was no tea out. They also didn’t take coupons at this place which is stupid…any way to take folks money I guess ♀️. Never again!

This place has gone downhill ever since they have gotten new management and two of their best employees, Trey and Leon left the company. Sandwiches are subpar at best and taste off. They dont even have their sanitation rating on the wall anymore which scares me. Also theyve started covering their meats and cheeses by having the lid covering them. Suspicious. Apparently this is a thing at all subway’s now. Whats going on guys come on. I never really liked subway to begin with but its close by and an okay place for a sandwich every now and then but now im scared to go in there.

The shift lead is a very disrespectful young man. He does not respect women at all, he had ear buds in while working even took one out while he was making food with his same gloves on. And still managed to get my online order wrong with the receipt right in front of him. I definitely will not go back to this location again, thankfully the older lady working with him was respectful and made my order right, the wrong person is the shift lead between the two. And then sarcastically told me to have a good night thank goodness I was able to walk away without speaking my mind and getting my husband worked up. Hemby Bridge community go to Firehouse!!!! Btw he would not give me a manager’s name or contact information, feel to reach out.

My heart goes out to the employees. The owner take advantage of them and they don’t have tea and there is no plan on replacing the tea. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year and I will still come to this location because it is convenient.
