I ordered a tuna on wheat and Anna was my sandwich maker she was so kind and welcoming. Such a kind soul! We don’t realize often times how much the service workers who serve us make up the majority of our restaurant experiences. So grateful to have met her. You ca tell she is thankful for her job and that matters!!!!

The service and consistency has gone downhill. The portions have also gotten much smaller. My girlfriend and I have decided that we won’t be coming back to this location.
We ordered two subs through the app. After we picked them up we saw that my girlfriend’s sub was missing at least three toppings and the topping that she wanted extra of were at regular portions.
I understand that mistakes happened, but when I went back and calmly asked for a new sandwich with the original sandwich and the ticket I did not get great service. One of the managers ended up making the replacement, but it still was missing tomatoes. She did not speak to me or look at me at all. The employees spoke amongst themselves without addressing and me and I did not receive even a token apology. The vibes were not pleasant in the slightest.

What a joke nothing like the advertisement this is pure false advertising the lunch meat was cut as thin as typing paper I don’t care if you are charging $6.99 for it it’s not worth it all it is is a bunch of salad throwed in the middle of a bun with barely any meat at all then to add insult to injury they charged me $10.19 for the damn sub it was supposed to be 699 I even mentioned it to the order taker and it took them forever to put it together because they acted as if they’d never even made a sandwich before one of them couldn’t even speak English hardly I had to keep leaning in saying what? I can’t understand anything you’re saying. And if you look at their ad the sandwich is even built upside down which really ruins the whole sandwich

Service sucked. I won’t be returning, decided to give this location another try after the turbo chef didn’t work upon my first attempt. Today I arrived to not be greeted and to be treated as if I was bothering the guy to make me a sandwich(which is his job). I understand if I came in asking for directions to Texas but I wasn’t, I only wanted to order 2 sandwiches.
He sounded frustrated asking me “what else” “what else!” It was just rude. Thanks but no thanks I’d rather eat a sandwich from home…food was good. Tuna was fresh but had old spinach, no cucumbers, no pickles…and it was only 2 customers in the store eating so not like it was a busy day…

I ordered 3 footlongs. The portions were very small, and the sandwiches were very skinnier than the other subway. There were no veggies inside of the sandwiches. Not worth it. Won’t go back.

This was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had in my life I think the bread was paid to do three days before it was served me. I asked for extra chipotle sauce which was totally not extra. The bread was very chewy the meat was very chewy the person that gave my sandwich to me was pleasant but I will never go to this location again

On September 10, 2019 about 7:30 pm we went in to order a sub and connect to wifi because this Subway advertised Free Wi-Fi on their front window. After we ordered the sandwich I asked for the wifi network and password. None of the staff knew anything about their wifi. I sent a review to Subway and politely requested a partial refund because they failed to provide the free wifi they advertised. They replied that I just didn’t know how to use my phone… unbelievable incompetence and arrogance. Subway failed to provide the free wifi they advertised. That’s false advertising.

The restaurant was absolutely empty and yet the attendant’s attitude was as if I was the biggest inconvenience. The only savings grace was his coworker who had the best customer service. Still, a customer-facing employee with such a bad attitude makes me not want to come back to this location ever again
