Place looks great and employee was very friendly. Writing 1 star review because of how it is runned. I came for a friendly peaceful visit. I go on my lunch, and use my hard earned gas to come to this store. I wait in line for 2-6 min. 16 seconds of oxygen later I find out I can’t use my coupon on other subs such as Italian subs. They tell me that I can only use the coupon towards the deli subs. It literally says on the coupon what is excluded from the menu. Now I’m not broke. Just financially wise. So I take myself to another subway location, and I spend more gas. Finally I got a Italian sub with the coupon I brought with me. Like ITS SUBWAY..!!!

The staff was friendly and it was clean but they only partially participate in coupons so only certain subs we could get. Then the bathrooms were locked saying they were out of order but no effort was being made to repair them.

Typical subway. Food as expected. However, I always get a bit disgruntled when establishments won’t let customers use their bathrooms. This is not legal, so they put up signs saying the bathrooms are out of order. I find this offensive. I needed to go, so used the bathroom anyway, and miracle of all miracles, it worked. Despite the semi-permanenr sign saying it didn’t. Rude.

The owner greets customers and is friendly to customers. The staff is always nice. However, there is a high turnover of employees. I will not give a perfect score because they do not honor most Subway coupons and their cookies are consistently stale.

I’m impressed with the new management. Store is clean, and the new owners are very nice. I had stopped visiting the location due to general uncleanliness ( store AND hygiene). It’s very convenient for me to have lunch there so I’m happy with the new management and the focus on cleanliness.

I recently visited this Subway location, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here.

First off, the owner’s attitude was shockingly rude. Simple inquiries about their menu or current promotions were met with curt responses, making the entire experience uncomfortable. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but consistently treating customers poorly is unacceptable.

Speaking of promotions, this location refuses to accept Subway coupons and doesn’t honor the current $6.99 campaign for any sub that Subway is widely advertising. This was particularly frustrating, especially when other locations have no problem applying these deals. It feels like this owner is deliberately choosing to ignore corporate promotions, which is disappointing for loyal customers.

Moreover, online orders are not accepted, which is incredibly inconvenient, especially in an era where convenience is key. It’s as if this location is stuck in the past, unwilling to adapt to modern customer needs or even Subway’s own marketing strategies.

Lastly, the quality of the product itself leaves much to be desired. The ingredients did not seem fresh, and the sandwich was poorly assembled. It seems the owner does not care about the quality of the food being served, which only adds to the overall negative experience.

I would recommend finding another Subway location if you’re looking for good customer service, fresh food, and a hassle-free experience. This location falls short on all fronts.

Second time employee /manager was rude and cheap. He will not honor coupons. Yesterday I asked for a cup of ice for a soda and he replied do u have .20 cents? I said yes he hands me a small plastic cup I asked for a larger cup he said um I can’t I walked out very angry. WILL NOT GO BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
