I did not read the reviews before going here. I haven’t been to this location in a very long time, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The service was spectacular, the staff were friendly, detailed oriented with my order, and prompt. The place was clean and inviting. My only concern was no one had on hair nets or their hair pulled back and out of the way. Not sure if hair nets are no longer required in the industry, but I think a whole bonnet or something needs to be required. I am half way through my 6’ sandwich and I have a whole 3 inch piece of hair in my mouth!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought I felt something on the previous bit but I couldn’t find anything. Now I’m sick to the stomach because someone else’s blond hair is in my mouth! I’ve tried to call them several times, so since no one wants to answer the phone, here I am….. PLEASE DO BETTER!! I don’t like hair in my food, whatsoever!! Thought I would use a gift to treat myself. Back to eating at home.

My subs were stale and hard. No coke products like I ordered. The “footlong” nachos were burnt and disgusting and had like 5 chips and were in tiny pizza boxes.

I have been here a couple times, they have always been just an “OK” Subway for a quick lunch since I work in the area & it’s just a skip and a jump. WELL, this time I did an online order pickup. Ordered the Foot Long Titan Turkey which comes with “Extra Meat” and “Extra Cheese”…. All were non existent… I literally paid extra for just a regular turkey sandwich. Only 3 slices of turkey were placed per 6”. Got a foot long, so only 6 thin slices on the whole sandwich… TO TOP IT OFF, there were pieces of steak throughout the sandwich?!? Last time to this place unless they hire more skilled sandwich makers… You definitely DO NOT get what you pay for here.

When we entered the restaurant it was silence. No greeting, no response. The older white lady asked what we wanted, I believed she would’ve been great had the guy with the glasses not interrupted her & rushed her off. I asked for 2 kid meals and what type of bread of wanted was the Parmesan rosemary. The old white lady was doing what I requested but the dude with the glasses said “kids meal don’t get that type of bread” basically I couldn’t get it. Even tho I would’ve paid the difference bc I had to pay the difference in the salami as you can see.There was NO effort in customer service but effort into immediately telling me NO. The had no music, sound no happiness, just workers who looks miserable. It FEELS dead in that place. Change up Management with personality and GREAT customer service.

I would suggest NOT doing an online order at this location. Made an online order recently for a veggie delight with some small customization. Once at home with the order, my veggie delight was like a veggie disgust! None of the toppings were fresh! Not too mention the cookies I ordered were left out of the order. (Luckily I realized that before leaving). May be better going inside and making order VS online ordering here

Walked in for lunch. Jane was making sandwiches but also doing everything else except for providing any kind of customer service.
Jane embarrassed an employee out loud in front of a line of customers who was trying to take a lunch.
Jane was talking at all of her colleagues terribly but she wasn’t really doing much. She was pleasant with one person in the back and talking about vacation and everything other than work.
She was just straight up rude and lazy.
Luther was organized and pleasant.

Young kids running the place, my orders always have something wrong. They mix the sauces and put the wrong vegetables on the wrong sandwiches.
Also, the sandwiches are EXTREMELY messy!!!! It’s like they throw everything in it at once. I wish they could get the orders right for once! If they take their time and focus when reading they can get it right, but it looks like they just don’t care to pay attention.

I hate doing negative reviews, but I’m in my feelings right now.
I ordered a salad, 2 or 3 weeks ago. I was informed that they no longer make salads.
Fast forward to today. One of my coworkers went to the same Subway. She came back, to the office, with a salad.
Why was I misinformed? Why did the lady tell me, no, we don’t make salads anymore?
Please do better.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! And deserves 0 stars and the employees are so IRRESPONSIBLE. My husband ate a chicken teriyaki sub from this location 5 days ago, that same night he started having diarrhea and vomit, it got so bad we ended up in the ER. Long story short, he got SALMONELLA, should’ve known better to not trust this place as soon as I walked in and saw a lady with no teeth serving me… BE CAREFUL!
