I ordered a foot-long sub today. The bread was at least two days old. Very hard to eat fell apart not a good experience at all. There was a young girl that helped me and she is not very pleasant. Was very rude when I tried to let them know how unprofessional it is to give someone old bred and when I called she hung up in my ear. I wouldn’t have tipped if I knew. I would be receiving old hard bread and rude customer service.

Service was a little slow, not the best staff, but overall the sandwich was fantastic. Probably the freshest bread and best looking sandwich I’ve ever gotten from them. I wish the tomatoes kept “re-freshing” themselves with some better looking ones, but for low expectations, this Subway didn’t disappoint.

I have called and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches at 5:22 pm. The lady told me “it would take at least 20 minutes to finish your order.” I told her I will see her at 5:45 pm. I get there at 5:53 pm, and the shop is closed. Subway closed time at 6:00 pm. I waited outside at least 3 minutes, and I saw her come out the kitchen. She walked back inside, and we knocked the door.
She pointed us to the other side, and we thought she wanted to tell us something. She ignored us when we near the window. I called and let her knows that we have placed an order over the phone. She told me “Sorry, We Closed!” We want to support local business in Davidson!m, but we feel this is not a good place. We will never come back.

Worst customer service I have ever gotten, rotten tomatoes wilted being put on to sandwich’s…. They made my door dash order wrong. I went back to get it fixed the lady at the register had a nasty attitude asked for my old sandwich’s and snapped “well now there garbage” and threw them away like I was trying to get one over on them. Never again. This place is never clean and ingredients are questionable!!! First and last time THANK YOU!

I’ve been to this Subway numberous times and my experiences have been generally positive. I hope they get a tip jar for cash tips because one time I really wanted to tip in quarters and was unable to 🙁

There was only one fellow there I think. It wasn’t especially busy; just after lunch. There were 2 already seated, 4 in line, then our group of 3. I thought we wouldn’t have enough time, but this guy… This guy made all those subs in maybe 10 minutes. He was fast, polite, courteous, and made a neat, well packaged sub. It may be the first time I’ve considered the job title “sandwich artist” to be an actual thing.

Came to Davidson after walking out of Cornelius because they would not accept their own coupons. I’m a grandma on a fixed income and just wanted to treat my grandson to a sandwich. Cornelius workers were very rude and store not clean.
Davidson was very clean, friendly worker and the sandwiches were delicious.

All of the employees I have dealt with are either surly, incompetent, or both. They consistently make bad sandwiches that aren’t properly wrapped and fall apart. Their bread is almost always stale and they look personally offended if you order a sandwich with lots of veggies on it. Truly subpar service and quality

The service was terrible. There wasn’t many people in the store when we got there, yet it still took about half an hour to get our order and we still only left with 1/4 of what we ordered. The kids pizza was still frozen inside and the young man helping us didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu items or much else that was going on.

If you want a sandwich that will make you feel all wichy, then this is the place to go. The guy that was there was friendly, made a mean chicken terayki (seriously it called me names it was so mean) and all in all was a positive experience. Place was clean and quick with the sandwich master here. Come for a good quick meal
