The service here is great and food delicious and well made but only staffing one hard working lady on a busy Sunday is unfair to the employee and customers!! The lady on staff has worked really hard to keep up! Low staffing earns this location a 3 star. Does not accept coupons even though that should have ended once things started opening back up. Everything has changed and this has a modern feel than the cafe style Subway used to have. Employees are nice but I just wish they still had shredded mozzarella. Have seen employees changing a lot recently so management may have changed.

We came , my gf and i and waited for the general manager to finish making like 5 subs. His name is vick and by far this guy totally nailed every part of the service to us. Made us feel like family. Store was clean and modern inside and the food tasted great. Above and beyond the service !!! If every business dealt with customers the way vick did the world would be more open to eating out because of the interaction this gm gave to us. 10****

Updating my review as this location is under new ownership/management now. Staff seems much better and they finally accept coupons! I’ve gone a few times now and each time the ingredients have been fresh and service has been good.

This place takes “slow” to another level… especially in last couple of months with the new staff and the new owner (I think). Waiting 30 minutes or more when there are hardly 1 or 2 other customers is pretty common. Plan accordingly.

My to go order sub had very little ingredients compared to other locations for the same order. They do not do coupons or promotions, so if you are close to any other location, order from them. That’s what i’m doing from now on. It will be worth it.

Ordered on the app, paid on app, money came out of my checking account however they said they didn’t get the order, refused to make the sub and refused a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Never go to this subway!

This place is great! Every time I go there lately it’s a young kid really working hard and his training a new co-worker. I wish them both success, and I hope all of that young man’s hard work pay off for him. He’s has been professional every time.

They act like they are scared to give you meat. The lady put a little bit of meat at a time, wouldn’t even fill up the scoop. I ate mostly bread because there was barely any meat on my sandwich. My husband’s salad didn’t even fill up half the bowl. Give the people what they are paying for. Will not be coming here anymore.
