I placed a pickup order at Subway. The app and Google Maps show closing at 10 PM, but they were closed before 9. My sandwiches were missing tuna and chicken, basically just lettuce and sauce. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I am surprised how this place is even open!
Firstly, the sandwich made was horribly done. Secondly, I did the order in the mobile app while sitting in the restaurant so I can use rewards. I’m glad I did because they don’t chips chips or coke products even though it is offered in the app. Third, you hear all the employees complain about management and how they suck – right in front at the register. This place needs to be shut down!

I would give this place zero stars if i could. I have no godly idea how a sandwich shop is consistently out of things like ham, cheese, lettuce and bread. You know, the core things a sandwich is made of. I’m genuinely surprised how this place is even still open. I swear this is all on purpose so the employees can just sit around, get paid, and do zero work while blaming it on “we’re out of blank today”.

This subway is absolutely horrible. I don’t know why anyone would order from here. Their drink selection is under stock and they subbed a horrible drink flavor for an order and wouldn’t let the customer choose a different drink. This one has always been horrible but Subways need to close at this point. Why stay open if you can’t handle or accommodate the business?

Very very Bad experience

I experienced today with my online pickup order. I arrived at the store to collect my order, but it was not there. When I asked about it, one of the staff members told me that “somebody already picked it up.” I explained that I had just arrived for my own order, but she did not provide any explanation or assistance. Instead, she said the store was not responsible and spoke to me in a very rude and blaming manner.

I requested if they could remake the order, but her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. This was very disappointing, and I expect better service, especially when the mistake was not mine

If I could give less stars, I would. Woman behind the counter was rude, overcharged me, and was anything less than pleasant to deal with. Add the rude customer service, along with the store being out of almost everything, I won’t be going back. Asked for a number to call, I was told to google it, asked for the general managers name, employee stated she wasn’t allowed to give out her name.

8/26/23 9:35pm USUALLY, we don’t have a problem with this store or this location. We’ve been coming here for 15yrs. Unfortunately, I don’t have the young ladies name, and it’s not on the receipt. Otherwise, I’d call the franchisee. She was Caucasian, approximately 20, 5’7, with medium brown shoulder-length hair. I’m saying this because we used a special ONLINE ORDER ONLY coupon for BOGO takeout. I ordered the 12″ #2 Steak & Cheese and paid $3.45 extra for double steak, which seemed like a no-brainer to me. Welllll … upon opening my sandwich, there were 6 little pieces of meat on the entire 12″ sub!! The other one was the same. I was soooo upset! My hubby had the 12″ #17 Roast Beef & Cheese and was very happy with it. It had more meat on just ONE HALF of his one sub than I had on BOTH of mine combined. I got all my veggies, but … The store was closed by the time this was discovered. I will never order this way again. I was mortified.

Just ordered for delivery. Drink was not delivered was told by delivery driver they handed him the bag and that was all. The bag wasn’t even sealed. Went in a few weeks ago to order 3 subs, they were pretty much out of everything. The lady behind the counter was nothing but rude and didn’t care whatsoever. Tried to go across the road to the other location and they were closed because no staff showed up. These locations need to be closed, they are unprofessional and do not care.

I was there 5/28/2025 about 1130 am. Only reason for 2 stars is that the young lady working behind the counter was very pleasant and was only one there. They were out of several things. I had ordered a salad on line. They were out of bowls, so she couldn’t make it. They were also out of tuna, which was the “sandwich of the day,” they were out of several other things that she was telling a door dash worker about. Also there was a sign saying that there was “new management, and they no longer give out cups for water.” I didn’t want a water cup, but sometimes I do. I understand that some people put drinks in them, but that only costs few pennies of revenue if someone does this. I think your sign might cost you more than that. This store already has a bad reputation, and you are making it worse.

Placed an online order specifically requested my food. A certain way was not given as instructed specifically written on there and I’m missing some of my items and I waited an hour. to have it delivered literally two minutes away from the subway store because I’m working and I work across the street. Stuck at work for another three hours so I had no choice but to eat it if I can give a negative stars I would!! I didn’t wanna even put the one star, but I have no choice where I can’t post a review. There’s always an issue when I go to this subway or when I get food delivered from that subway!
