The woman who served me was very rude and severe and made me feel like my presence was a burden to her. The sandwich was ok, a little slapped together but edible all the same, but the interaction as a whole really put me off and felt very undeserved.

I requested a big handful of jalapenos via the app. I also requested onions and banana peppers. This is what I got. I hope another sub shop comes into this miserable little town and takes your business. I’m filing a formal complaint. I need to throw the sandwich away because the worker blatantly disregarded instructions and I can’t trust the integrity of the sub.

WOW!!!! Super friendly!!!! Fresh can’t get any fresher!!!!! This store is the best I’ve ever been to!!! They have a MAMA DELUCAS as well it’s were they have pizza and pasta and wings and GOODNESS!!!!! ITS OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!! Penne supreme I think!!! One of the best restaurant managers I’ve met in over 20 years. I had a problem with online ordering app, no fault of the location, and the Manager…maybe also owner…was right out of the old classic In Search of Excellence with how she handled the situation. Went over and above what she should have done and has a loyal customer for life. She also trained the manager in the Hertferd subway who is also a 10 out of 10 manager and person. Restored my faith in good honest foodservice professionals. Both are examples of how to run a restaurant. This coming from a lifelong chef and restaurant owner kids! Kudos to your team.

We had a trailer tire blow out on the way home from Duck near the town of Plymouth, NC. The trailer had to be loaded on a roll-back and taken to this man’s business directly beside of Subway. My sister’s children and I were starving so we went in to get our favorite subs. When I say immaculate… this Subway was so clean you could eat off the floor. The bathrooms were super clean, well stocked, and smelled nice. I ordered the super foot long chicken teriyaki, both boys wanted meatball subs, and my niece wanted a Turkey bacon club. Everything was made to order perfectly and was super delicious. I love Subway subs, but this one also had made to order pizza incorporated into the menu as well. The staff was super nice and experts at the art of the sub! I will stop at this Subway again! It’s right off Hwy 64 in Plymouth.

Wonderful owners who care about their business! Always a clean environment, employees are always cheerful and very good at their jobs. You may think making sandwiches is no big deal…but if you’ve been to a badly run subway, you’ll appreciate this one! Fast/Friendly service any day of the week!
