9/2019 ‘ I have always loved going here, the bread is always fresh, if you have a subway card & account you can earn points towards paying for your sub.. I am known by most in here, and what I love & appreciate the most is they” remember what I want, and because I have a limited diet they make it my way with no worries.. though it may be odd at times, and last, they are kind, friendly and so empathetic.. good customer service, well…that alone makes me want to continue going back, and good luck to the sweet young lady heading to a new job at a daycare..I know if she is as friendly as she was at Subway, she will excel, to the rest, thank you” and see you again soon. “10/2020 update..Subway has some good some not good reviews, me a local frequent customer.. I think that every sandwich I’ve purchased has been great, the so called employee turn around, hmm..well I’ve not seen that, one young woman went to college, there is a sweet new girl there who already the few times she has seen me, knows my usual order, and with a great attitude takes care of it, whenever I see Ms.Tina she is always kind, empathetic, knows my order,knows my health issues and my limited diet.. is friendly, and they always have the best, freshest bread on the beach.. I was happy to see the really fresh, and fully stocked veggie sides for your sub.. this at 8pm, so that to me is impressive, since I’ve ordered sandwiches at other places with wilted lettuce, mushy tomatoes, ect.. face mask used, 6ft enforced ,and the store was clean.. to all the employees, ” thank you” I don’t get to order here often because of my health issues, but when I do.. unlike some others reviews, I’m happy to say, sub taste great, and customer service is awesome..til next visit.. keep up the good job”..

Very clean and polite staff. Was the only customers there when we got in and were quickly greeted and able to order. Everything was made as asked and made quickly. Have worked at another subway for almost 6 years so picky about my sub and they didnt have any problems making my order as i had requested and tasted the same as if i made it myself. Would definitely recommend to others to try this location.

The food was good and the sandwichmaker/cashier was nice but she was the only person there. I felt bad for her trying to keep up with sandwiches, get food out of microwave (?), and run the register. When I walked in there were 2 people in front of me. By the time I left there were 5 after. She was working as fast as she could and was nice but seemed a overworked without help.
The food was good and I would recommend that but the store needs more help. IT WILL TAKE A WHILE.

This Subway has become very disappointing. When I first started coming to this location a few years ago I had no issues. Didn’t matter if it was busy or slow, it was always a good experience. That has changed for sure. The last 4 weeks I have gone during my lunch break for my weekly sub, each time they had no bread. That’s correct, a sub shop with no bread. At first they would make excuses that it was frozen… Now I don’t even think they make an excuse. Last visit they did have flatbread finally, but the girl’s snarky attitude behind the counter was enough for me to leave and not deal with them. I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon, only frequented due to the lack of options in town.

It’s a Subway so there’s not a whole lot of surprises here. This location is clean and service is generally decent. Staff turnover is high so they can struggle at times with trickier orders but are friendly. It’s usually not very busy except during peak hours in the peak season. Also, there’s a grocery store next door along with a few other businesses. Parking is easy.

Been going there for years and always loved it . Now new management and I have been there twice and both times totally ignored . 15 mins standing there with no one in line and the manager and three other workers just walked around pretending to be busy and ignored me until a line started with us all waiting , then they took my order but didn’t do the order correct . Will not go back , They don’t deserve or want anyone’s business .

i’m not sure about all the employees but when i went in it was being run by two seniors who clearly had no idea how to run the store, 15+ minutes for sandwiches to even be made when there was not that many customers, and since i have experience working at subway i know it is not hard to ring up sandwiches but the guy was struggling to even ring a card. just be prepared to wait a long time if you’re gonna come to this subway

Poor Customer Service
We have always gone here after Church on Sunday. Today, I ordered online (like normal), was charged twice and the store voided my order SO I paid for NOTHING twice. Mistakes happen- but when I asked the “manager “ to resolve, they were perplexed and confused and gave me no resolution. No way I should have to fix their problems- not to mention you can’t talk to a person at the subway contact center.

We stopped by last night and had a fabulous young woman made our sandwiches! She was all alone and working as hard and fast as possible!!! She looked on the verge of tears! We tipped her well and I hope the others did too!
