As hard as my bread was, I wouldn’t answer the phone all day either. I wish I could leave the video i recorded of me thumping the brick they called bread… I’ll stick to ordering and visiting the Ward Blvd location. They are lways friendly, courteous and fresh… and they answer their phone.

Horrible! I just ordered a sub online today 1/28/2026. When I got there the sub was not made because they were out of the bread I chose. Upon telling the worker what bread I wanted she made my sub and me trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, let her do her job without eying her down. Boy was I wrong. The sub had multiple toppings that I did not ask for and my bread is hard as a rock. Please be cautious before eating here!

The lady in here is thr sweetest and most polite subway employee ive ever encountered. Shes made my lunch a few times now and i always do pick up as i work next door and its very easy to do so for me. I really appreciate how shes always so happy and smiling and mever fails to call me sweetheart. Its the little things. Thank you ma’am. God bless you and every one else there. ❤️

Iv never had any issues coming into this subway. Always had very nice and polite people working there.
Now there’s a older lady, thats always got a horrible attitude! Shes very disrespectful and rude! Ill never walk back into that subway again!

Went in for a chicken bacon ranch sub. Everything was good except the oven must of not been working because I watched the person put inside over and when I bit into it my chicken,bacon and cheese were cold. The manager did offer a new sub or money back but I said no because I could tell those employees were trying their best to make a great sub plus I was on short lunch break.

Did online order for the monster sub. Got to the shop a little early so they weren’t finished with our order. That’s fine. Got the subs and they where both wrong. Everyone makes a mistake they where happy to remake them for us and offered us free cookies (we declined) 15 minuets later we got our subs. Completely wrong again. No bacon. After the cashier argued with me she took the receipt to the manager I guess and realized it was done wrong. We sit down waiting for the issue to be fixed. The manager looks at us and says ” do y’all want us to put the bacon on them or are y’all going to do it” the wife said no we would not like to make our sandwiches and we would like for them to be hot…. Like they are supposed to be. The cashier then said “well why don’t you come stand up here and tell me how to make them” …. It’s on the receipt. Asked for a refund then went to Jersey Mike’s, our first time ever going there. Amazing subs for $2 more the amount of meats and topping makes subway look like a joke. Y’all’s new sub line is going to fail horribly if people start to realize they can go to Jersey Mike’s and get so much more for an extra dollar. Will not be going back to subway.

Worst location I’ve been to so far. Most employees are unfriendy, unhelpful and unsanitary. Their sanitation rating says it all. I’ve had hair in my food because they dont wear hairnets for some reason. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered online and they have been closed. 1st time they wouldn’t even give me a refund because apparently they didn’t get my money. Another time I noticed they didn’t put cucumbers in 2 sandwiches I ordered so I went up to the employee and said maybe he forgot to put the cucumbers in there and if I could get some and he just looked at me annoyed & said he’s out of cucumbers. He could’ve said that when I picked up my order instead of assuming I would forget or not notice.

Went in at 4:30 on a Saturday to eat. Walked in no one was around saw the light in back were the kitchen is be turned off. My boyfriend called for someone 4 times stayed 15 minutes no one ever came up so we left and ate elsewhere. Never in my life have I walked in a place of business like that before.

This Subway is awful, they are constantly closed during normal business hours. There have been several times where I made the mistake of driving 20 minutes out to this location under the good faith assumption that they would be open during the posted business hours. Apparently they enjoy wasting people’s gas money and time. When they are open the customer service is slow and the employees are rude and the managers do not care. They have a complete and utter disregard for their customers, I will never come back here.
