Manager was rude very rude! Made my Grandson’s sandwich while we in the bathroom! We came out our order was ready! They didn’t ask what we wanted on the sandwich! He opened his sandwich to tomatoes and onions that he will not eat! I told the manager he argued with me it wasn’t their fault! I told him he didn’t ask what we wanted on it! He made another sandwich but was very rude the whole time he was making it!
Bathrooms were disgusting , ice machine had mold on it!
$50.00 and we all feel like we are going to be sick!

I used this Subway location to cater an event and it was perfect. They communicated effectively and gave us exactly what we needed and were extremely kind and patient throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend!

Fresh and good. The two girls working had their hands full. But still managed to fulfill everyone’s need that came in. And they got busy! Store was clean, stocked and well organized. Had ample space for distancing. Seemed to be a well run Subway with fast friendly service.

I did not like this subway experience. The servers were on their first day, so I understand that the sub wouldn’t be amazing. But nevertheless, the servers kept getting mixed up with my order and when I asked for my sub, they didn’t know what the base ingredients in the sub was. Not only was my experience was unpleasant but also the people next me in line got so frustrated that they withdrew their order all together. 1 star, would not recommend.

Better service at the location out on Hwy 17 South. Walked in the store this past Thursday 4/21 at 8:48pm and the advertise they close at 9pm. Lights on and OPEN light shining. Guy behind counter claimed they were closed. I could see he had just started removing condiments. If they were suppose to be closed they would’ve locked the door and turned off some lights. I bet upper management and the owner didn’t know this. Guess they don’t want my money. Another customer was walking in ad I walked out and was told the same thing. I had to rush to the other Subway and walked in at 8:57pm and was happily served.

Made a order through doordash in which was a expensive salad. Not only did they charge me for the add-ons but I did not get the àdd ons in my salad and my salad was made incorrectly . When I called to resolve the issue the manager made it clear that she was not willing to resolve the issue and I pretty much had to take a lost. Wouldn’t even at least give me my refund for the items I never received. Will not be ordering from them again. This is the second time within one week my order was messed up. Not to mention I had a order mess up a couple of months ago prior to this situation. The manager was rather rude and told me she wasn’t remaking anything. I suggest going to the other subway if you want decent service.

The service was not very fast. They only had 1 employee working. The food was fresh and the sandwich I got was really good. This was my first visit here. If I ever go back to this town I would definitely visit here again.

Tonight I showed up to get dinner. It was 8:28 p.m. I was surprised to find the door locked. There were 2 employees inside. One looked up & said, “We’re closed.” I pointed to the sign on the door with the store hours & responded, “It says you don’t close until 9p.m.” She & the other employee looked at each other & then went back to doing something behind the counter. I left & went to the other Subway across town…..& from now on I will drive the extra miles to go to that one. To close over 30 minutes before “closing” on a Saturday night is odd. Not to mention that I was likely not the only customer they missed out on because the other subway had a line of customers when I went in.

I was a recurring customer at this specific establishment, I ordered a meatball sub with extra meatballs, and the meatballs were cold and they tasted old and not fresh at all, the worker behind the counter called me out of my name numerous times during the encounter..
