I placed an order for subs to take for a Christmas gathering and was concerned with the holidays that there would be issues. Much to my surprise the person I talked to on the phone was the most helpful and pleasant person I encountered this holiday season! I called to double check the order on the morning of pick up and she knew my name right off and had my order ready! Everything was so fresh and placed beautifully on a to go tray! I placed a delivery order online at this location. And mistakenly left the store address as the delivery to address. Unfortunately, the only way to modify or cancel an order to to call the store. I called for more than 30 minutes and no one every answered the phone. This is very bad business especially when my only option to correct my order is to call.

Your locations close at 10:30pm false advertisement it says for store hours as well as basic internet says you close at 11 pm what’s the problem I hate the workers of subway I have been going to subway for 30 years never had this problem I was there at 10:15pm and your door was locked if the employees don’t want to work fire them replace them with retired military etc…. They don’t want to be there further more no one i will not get in my car and drive all the way to Roanoke rapids to find out your closed gas is expensive nowadays I guess I will go to food lion and make my own subs from here on out

The service was very good the young man said hello when we enter the building he made our subs just the way we asked and then a lady, while on her phone, checked us out as the young man told her she could not be on the Phone while on the line… she did not seem to care .
