I made several attempts to place an order with this particular store and they hung up the phone after I indicated my desire to place the order. I called right back and without saying hello I was hung up on a second time. I waited and called back a third time and the line was busy. Although it was 3pm, I understand stores get busy but they could have simply asked me to call back. This is just one of the many times I have received poor service at this location.

I placed an order on May 25, 2021 at 12:00 pm for 3 footlong subs. When my husband went to pick up our order, he was rudely told that their online ordering system was down and they couldn’t make the food(even with our emailed proof of payment) without their system telling them to. There were two other customers in there at the same time in the same situation. She advised my husband that since the order didn’t go through that a refund would be issued and the money back in my account in two days. It has been seven days now and no money has been refunded.

Went to get a veggie sub , ask for guacamole the guy gives me a not even a full scoop of guaca. Then the lady informs him to get more because he was scraping the bottom of the container. Then I just told him to wait for more. I then told him to add more. Then moving forward they totally me up to 7.24. $2.25 just for guac. The sandwich was originally 499. Come on subway is this fair or not? Ridiculous , never supporting this establishment again .
