I have eaten here 5 times and every single time I go I get the same exact sandwich. I order through the app more often than not because it’s more convenient, so I make sure to choose my options carefully and I leave a note, saying “more veggies and less sauce” every time.
I’m not sure what the issue with reading and following directions is at this particular establishment, but it is redundant that every single time I go I have received a soggy, unappetizing heap of bread and mayonnaise.
Aside from this, the attitudes with most of the employees, including the managers when you come back in with an issue regarding the MEAL you PAID for, are appalling.

I placed an order for subs to take for a Christmas gathering and was concerned with the holidays that there would be issues. Much to my surprise the person I talked to on the phone was the most helpful and pleasant person I encountered this holiday season! I called to double check the order on the morning of pick up and she knew my name right off and had my order ready! Everything was so fresh and placed beautifully on a to go tray! When I picked my order up I was created with a smile and a thank you for ordering from us! I will definitely keep this in mind for next time! Very happy! Merry Christmas!

The service was very good the young man said hello when we enter the building he made our subs just the way we asked and then a lady, while on her phone, checked us out as the young man told her she could not be on the Phone while on the line… she did not seem to care .

Great subs and friendly efficient service! Best Subway in town! These employees deserve praise. They worked together well and efficiently. Came for lunch after church and was busy, but they served customers quickly and efficiently.
