Not even close to fresh baked bread – it was crunchy stale, like cut the roof of your month when taking a bite stale (no, it was not toasted). Here’s to hoping the tuna on it was fresh.

Completely out of veggies. Decided not to tell anyone until AFTER they started their sandwich and had it toasted. So they were having to throw sandwiches away. Then on top of that insisted on still charging full price.

I asked the lady to change her gloves since she was picking up pits and peices of fallen strap around the vegetables a d she got an attitude from the jump,
Said she should of stayed home instead of coming up here and I quote ( dealing with yous people today)… started using profanity and walked off I told the other lady that was now helping me that my sister has 3 subways I’m aware of the glove changes and the first lady came back and yelled at me saying dont be talking about me behind my back we can get real up in here and this time the mfer was directed directly towards me. I told her she shouldn’t jump in others conversations but heres what I said and I repeated the glove policy.. her name tag read Angel not sure if that’s her name. But the picture is of her.
She should be fired she is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON

Friendly staff, good service. Nice portion sizes. Sandwiches were made quickly and efficiently. Everything looked clean. Couldn’t ask for more 🙂 would definitely come here again ❤

Terrible service. The lady kept repeating herself and after letting her know what things were out she asked again what bread. Then stayed I was being rude and giving attitude. Then stated 5 times that they only take pilot rewards. I was with a senior citizen who was processing what she said. She proceeded to drop the sandwiches on the ground after her hissy fit. It was quite disrespectful.

Subway closes 20 min early wouldn’t make me a sub was told that was the last one she was making 2 people in front of me also walked away. Can’t shower cause they have no towels this place is a joke. Hope pilot brings in a good manager to get things in order. Always love stopping at pilot never had any issues before now. Wow
