Subway closes 20 min early wouldn’t make me a sub was told that was the last one she was making 2 people in front of me also walked away. Can’t shower cause they have no towels this place is a joke. Hope pilot brings in a good manager to get things in order. Always love stopping at pilot never had any issues before now. Wow

Is this particular subway it a hit or miss! Somedays, when I order from here, the customer service is incredible. ( at lunch time.) Then, other times, like today late afternoon, the customer service sucks.

Just stopped for fuel and a subway sandwich. I can see the hours of operation is open online. I can also see ladies working the counter actually making sandwiches. When I approached the counter I was told they were not open?!

LOVE SUBWAY!! ❤I always ask for …lots of pickles and black olives on my subs. The employee gave me just a few. I asked if I could have some more. She responded “If I give you more, I’ll have to charge you extra”. I have never been told this. Therefore, I told her to keep the sub, the pickles and the olives. Drove to another Subway and the employee was really nice. I did not mention what had just happened at the other restaurant. I asked for the xtra toppings…NO PROBLEM! SUBWAY SUBS are just too good to let one Bad Apple ruin the bunch!
